我在這家酒店住了幾天，總體來説，我的經歷非常愉快。酒店的位置非常方便，距離市中心和公共交通站點都很近，所以我可以輕鬆地到達城市的各個地方。此外，酒店周圍有很多餐廳和商店，這讓我非常方便。 我的房間非常乾淨和舒適，床很軟，而且枕頭非常舒服。房間內設施也很齊全，有電視、迷你冰箱和咖啡機，這讓我感覺非常方便。浴室也很乾凈，提供了所有必需品，如洗髮水、護髮素和沐浴露。總體來説，房間內的設施都很好，讓我感到非常舒適和滿意。

Très bel hôtel, avec une super chambre très propre et un restaurant et spa de grande qualité !

The rooms are outdated, mattrass is so old and uncomfortable seems like they are not changed from hotel opening, Beautiful woods and nature around tho. Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel. Definitely alternative accommodation next time in beautiful Kolasin.

It was much better place than expected. Everything was just great-spa with enormous pool, saunas. Exceptional breakfast and tasty buffet in the evening. The hotel locates in quiet area so this means silent nights. Free parking near entrance. Very friendly service with lots of smiles!

Hotel with a great location. Excellent spa facilities, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value for money

They advertise themselves as the best hotel in Kolasin. They charge quite a lot for their “4 stars”, but they definitely provide barely 3 stars service level. They don’t have A/C in the fitness centre at all (!) - so it means you actually cannot properly use it. When I complained about it, the manager’s response was “no one force you to use it, don’t use it if you don’t like it”. Hilarious answer when you paid a fortune to stay there and one of the reasons was they “fitness centre”. And no, they can’t open the window. Sauna and hammam can’t be used by under 18, because “children will disturb adults”. The idea to make a separate time for families with kids does not work for unknown reasons. A SPA manager is extremely rude man. They cancelled shuttle bus to the ski centre, so if you are without a car, add 30 euros per day for a taxi round trip. It should be a concierge service in the hotel, but it never works. The receptionists are nice but can’t really recommend anything when we asked for advice. As I understand, the hotel management changed this year, looks like not for good. The swimming pool is good though, and the rooms as well. But the level of services is so low, that I would describe it below a 3 stars, standard European hotel

We are here now for 3 nights for New Year Celebration . I would say the staff is terrible the wors ever . Nobady is helpful nobady the worst are the waiters especally an old lady with red hair . New Year gala was not good with a singer just for montenegro people awful for the others here mos are tourist and most albanian . I will not recomend to come here for new year espacially albanian dont waste your money it is not worth it . The dinner not a big think music bad not english and not even one albania song even that mos are albanian just montenegro . Please listwn dot cone here you will regret . At new year dinner not even water is included nthg . In this period no snow so nothing special here just waste of money .

We stayed at the Kolasin Resort and Spa for 2 nights in November of 2024. We really enjoyed this hotel and found it to be clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. While Kolasin is small, there are several places to eat within easy walking distance. The pool here is really nice with a hot tub. Spa services are available for purchase.we found this to be a very nice hotel.
