"The hotel is very nice. The staff is in the "welcome, but you didn't have to come" phase. Namely, we woke up in the morning and there was no water. They were quite taken aback when I asked them to at least bring a bottle of water so we could wash ourselves. They very reluctantly said they would. That didn't happen in the first half hour. We went to the SPA because it is in the basement to find a way to wash up and get ready to go to breakfast. The lady working at the reception thought it had nothing to do with them because the water was gone in the whole town! After that, we went to breakfast, which lasted another 20 minutes, only to be asked not to sit where we liked (by the window with a view of the park) because they were already clearing out the breakfast room…..which would mean that we were late…. Of course, it was to be expected that half an hour later, when we paid for the room and checked out, the same lady said AT LEAST "sorry for this problem". Unfortunately, that was missed. Strong recommendation to the hotel manager to deal with the staff!"

"We stayed in the family suite and we absolutely loved it! We loved that breakfast was served to our table in the suite. We loved the spa. We loved the free coffee and chocolate. The suite was so comfy and the staff were fantastic! We are hoping to return but for longer."

"Very welcoming accommodation. Amenities fast exceed the usual suite. We were especially pleased with the oven and the sandwich maker. The host was responsive and hospitable."
