Pleasant two-night stay at galaxy inn for a work trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Being in the heart of kolhapur, location was convenient. The hotel felt safe, which was a relief as i was away for meetings all day and my family was staying in the room. Would consider staying here again for future work trips.

Stayed for 3 days in standard ac room as the mahalaxmi temple is in walking distance. Room is very clean and they will clean upon request as well. But the room is really small for even 2 persons to move around. Dimensions are clearly mentioned but still we were little disappointed. Even the wash room is really small. Second point is i booked including breakfast. But there is no restaurant attached and they will bring breakfast from outside. Better to go and eat outside, it will be cheaper. Given these drawbacks, i must say that management is very nice. Will try to accommodate your requests. If needed, i will book a bigger room next time with breakfast.

I stayed at Krishna Inn- The green hotel in Kolhapur. I decided to try this hotel looking at some good reviews and it was kind of an good experience. Hotel is at a Good central, yet calm and peaceful location, Breakfast was good. Improvements- Water flow pressure for the tap in bathroom was a bit low. Can be improved. Hope hotel management will take care of this suggestion. However overall good option to stay at an affordable price.

The hotel name executive doesnt fit,bathroom sink was shaking,toileteries are simple little soap,shampoo satchet n a shower cap.No napkins . The restaurant prices of the thali is exorbitant. Room was clean,ac is central.the safe couldnt be used,fridge was given after we complained. Suggestion is the soap could be replaced by small plastic containers with liquid soap in it so that soaps r not wasted.

Positives 1)I was looking for closer location to Mumbai Bangalore highway. This place was 3.5 kms from that. I was okay with that. 2)The room was bigger. I was okay with the size. This was okay for 2 persons but not for third person. Third person would be a crowd. 3)They offered 1 mineral water bottle as complimentary which was good 4)The breakfast was served hot and it was tasty. They served Poha, Upama and Egg omlet (I have stated an important quality issue in my dislikes. Negatives 1)Breakfast was hot and tasty except for Egg Omlet as it had smell of oil. I am not sure of the quality of oil used for Omlet or the pan used to shallow fry it (may be it was unclean). When person asked me about quality of the breakfast I stated that. This person when he spoke to an old *** he was screaming as to why am I complaining looking at me. This behavior was highly ridiculous. The feedback is always honest and one must happily accept it and must look at it and revert only after checking. The old *** has never learnt this such a simple yet very important thing in life. He must be given this feedback which are towards him. This is why for staff they didn't get highest rating. 2)The beds were not hard enough and the pillows were too hard. Hence it was not good for sound sleep. I could sleep well. My wife had disturbed sleep due to this issue. Hence comfort score above was not the best. 3)The toilet door was too noisy when it was opened or closed.
