The pillows and the bed linen the most comfortable thst we have ever used. The standard room was comfortable ..maybe the carpet needs a clean up . As for the cloak room.s, it is efficient and meets the necessities. To be honest, came here to spend our Anniversary night and on check in found it to be nothing special except the pink balloons. When I compare it to Royal , I am disappointed as last year on my birthday night at Royal, they truly gave me a surprise with sn upgraded room and the experience was brilliant. Wanted to have some nuts on payment in the room, thete were no nut packets instead found biscuits and mad angles..that was tad disappointing. Other than the above, enjoyed thr peace and tranquility. Maybe at the check in , the person behind the reception could be a little more warm..polite he was but warmth missing.

Debjoyti and ***as from the housekeeping services are two wonderful gentlemen with great services. They were prompt and courteous with their help. They came outside of their normal hours to help us as needed. I’m highly satisfied at their services

I've been staying this hotel from last 7 days. Staying is good. Rooms are spacious. House keeping staff are humble and so sincere to their work. Especially Puja sen from house keeping staff.

Very nice property with spacious rooms(ITC one category). Food is very good and staff are friendly. They seem to take more time for check in and check out every time I stay here which be greatly improved. Lots of options for restaurants as it’s next to Royal Bengal.

Had a great time here. We loved the enigmatic lily pond and the colourful fishes.The serenity of this place is what brings us here. The love and care we get from the staffs makes our stay memorable..would love to come again and gather more beautiful memories

Comfortable room outstanding ambience and great food..Would love to explore the property more since I was here for few hours for business purpose.But had a great stay ,very helpful and courteous staff.Keep up the good work..Would love to visit

We have been to ***y other hotels but ITC Sonar has always been the best and the top in my list. The entire staff gives their best and leaves no stone unturned in terms of service. The hospitality is just top notch. We would always prefer sonar over any other property
