Hotel Palm Pacific

I had here stayed for a week & my experience is as below: 1. Every time the security guard at main entrance will stop you to find out why you are entering the premises where I had used the same vehicle & they do not care about that. 2. They shifted my room thrice during my 6 days stay there. 3. Hot water is unavailable post 9PM (Outside temperature was 9degrees) in spite of placing multiple request 4. Front office staffs are ill behaved & ill ***nered. 5. Housekeeping/Room service staffs are always eager for tips. 6. Food comparatively was OK. 7. Breakfast is limited & they had repeated the same poha twice in between 8. Sign of cost control everywhere. Overall I had a poor experience.

We would rate this hotel as one of the worst experiences in a hotel stay, lets put it in perspective 1) First impression was pathetic, we had to carry luggage. 2) Its not cheap considering one pays over INR 3000/- 3) No hot water in the evening or morning. 4) At the time of checking out, the front desk was not bothered, we had to carry our own luggage. 5) Most importantly, at the time of booking the owner insisted, the room has to be paid INCLUDING breakfast. 6) Breakfast time is 8 am, we tried to reason that we need to leave early, well, according to the hotel, that’s our headache so we decided to leave late and have breakfast. 7) At 8 am, the breakfast is not available, the front desk was too busy to even listen to us. 8) According to the restaurant help, breakfast is made to order and not Buffett so wait if you want breakfast.
