楽しい滞在でしたが、シャワーの排水が遅くて少し浸水してしまいました。また、私が宿泊した世界的に有名なホテルの中で、トイレタリー用品を有料にしたのは初めてです（40か国以上）。ホテルはリクエストされたトイレタリー用品のみを持ってくるので、環境とコストの節約になるのは理解していますが、すぐ隣にイビス バジェットがあるので、少しがっかりしました。

さすがこのホテルチェーン、シンプルでスリルのないホテル体験。主要なバス停と鉄道駅が徒歩1分以内にあるため、ロケーションは最高です。

Excellent breakfast. Cosy decoration. On each floor, there is a water dispense machine with both hot, cold and soda water. It is convenient to the travelers. Good for health and to the environment. GREAT!

10-15 分鐘到巴士站，火車站,但酒店房間電熱水壺都沒有，想要飲熱水，要到下面餐廳自己攞.牙膏，牙刷也沒有 ，連USB充電位都沒有 不過價錢平 但有得選擇寧願比多少少住近火車站對面 附近沒有任何食肆餐廳,只有coffee shop開到晚上九時三十分. 

很高cp值，離車站也很近

コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテル、快適なベッド、3 人用の小さな部屋、清潔さ、最高のロケーション。

バーやレストランが立ち並ぶ旧市街のメイン広場からわずか 800 m ほどの場所にあり、歩いて簡単に行くことができます。 部屋にケトルと紅茶とコーヒーの供給があればよかったでしょう。

駅やショッピングセンターに近く、手頃な価格のホテル。やや硬いベッドとビュッフェ式朝食にベーコンがありませんでしたが、それ以外は非常に満足しています。

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I arrived earlier and was still able to check in. Property was clean despite the mud and slush outdoors, so high compliments to the cleaning staff. Also, thank you to front desk for suggesting prepaying for breakfast, it was a delicious spread and very many food options. Highly recommend the stay here. Plus the location is walking distance to shops and the train station. Ideal spot.

We arrived early for our booking expecting to be able to leave our bags and return later but they happily allowed us in to our rooms. The rooms are basic and clean which was exactly as we expected. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice for everyone. My only complaint which is probably due to my lack of research is it was a little out of the town a good 15-20 mins walk which was fine but the pictures and blurb made me think we would be closer to the centre of Krakow. But all in all a good experience for all of our party.

Ibis is really convenient and has everything we needed. Bed was comfy but no kettle for tea/coffee

This property is connected to Ibis BUDGET. There were NO amenities, so we wondered what "Budget" was missing. There were 3 very convenient things about this property. (1) we arrived early and for a very modest fee, they let us check-in early. (2) and (3) This hotel was a "pick-up" spot for both the Auschwitz/Birkenau tour and the Salt Caves Tour
