Very nice hotel very close to the old town. Rooms and hotel in really good condition. Very close to alot of sights, restaurants and bars either way you walk Would definitely stay again and really good value aswell

First class hotel. Not a 3 star, I would put it as a 4 star minimum. Excellent breakfast (extra)

Lovely area, close to everything but away from the hustle. Trams run right outside the hotel and can hear them through the night but was able ignore them after the first night.

Fab hotel and great for exploring Kracow. Comfy, clean, friendly and a decent breakfast. Room was comfortable, spacious and everywhere is within walking distance. Highly recommend

Room described as compact certainly was, however It was the only option available when booking. The wardrobe space was inadequate for two people being the only real issue.

Really great stay, fantastic location, room was amazing, staff were great but not overbearing. 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

A fabulous hotel. Beautifully appointed and spacious room with excellent range of facilities. Robes, slippers, super comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Room service is available, and as ******* VIP guests, we were given free wine and mini bar. The included breakfast was superb. The location is great, just ten minutes walk to the old town square, and five minutes taxi ride from the train station. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was in a good central position for old town. I found the hotel to be very clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and I would recommend adding this to your stay. My only negative comment was they did not serve Tia Maria at the bar and cocktails were a bit of a hit and miss depending on bar staff.

Fantastic hotel - fantastic room and service!! Perfect location- half way between the Jewish quarter and the old town square
