The hotel rooms are larger than most, the best thing I like is attached to many shopping malls. Good choice of food and shopping near by .. hotel staff are friendly

Good hotel

Not a pleasant stayed due to First night after 11 pm the lift was out of services for around 15 minutes. Follow by Room with no aircon then a power cut off for a few minutes gotta to shower in the dark. Then found no bath towels in the room. realised the phone wasn't Three pin socket no working

as usual, Gardens hotel never disappoints me.. room is clean, well maintained!

Convenient as linked to the shopping mall with lots of food options. Room was clean and of a good size. Buffet breakfast was abit underwhelming - can be better with the display and replenishment of items.

The location is wonderful, next to the mall

A good location in mid valley with many shops and eateries. easy to travel around with grab. Bed is good, clean, with bath tub. Will go back again.

Just on top of the mall. Convenient for shopping, food and movie.
