Rude reception verbally via video door call as checked in late(no person at counter after 11pm) and managed to make a call to him as instructed. He refused to pick up call and refused to open the hotel door to allow me in.. Extremely rude Hotel Manners and shouldn't be allowed to operate at all.. ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE
