Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at Good quality is good and service was good Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

Wonderful family time as i went with my Mother 82 and my son 28 3 generations but we all had a great time . Priya reception ***ager was so warm and super from greeting to her service She actually made our trip by upgrading us for a night to a poolvilla which made my Mom's experience so special.

We had a really really good time at this resort. The staff was super helpful, always smiling and careing!! The room was a delight. Watching the water as you wake up is bliss. Added to it is the monsoon which came visting too. Special thanks to the ***ager Mr. Dinesh Varma, Noyal, Priya and Vipin

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful heritage property. The place is an oasis of peace and quiet, where you can sit by the lake for hours, and listen to wild birds, read and watch stunning sunsets. The pool villa we had chosen was big and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake. We ended up hardly using the tiny private pool, but just the views from our villa made choosing it worthwhile. The hospitality was simply outstanding in every aspect, with personalised attention by every dept and every member of the staff - from the prompt replies to my email queries by Shine in reservation, to Priya in front desk, Vishnu at the pool, chef ***oj who would check in on us each day & recommend what to try, to the brave people who lent their bicycles to my kids to cycle round and round the property incessantly, to the evening cultural sessions which were simply stunning; each of these was a memorable experience in itself. The food (we had taken the breakfast + 1 meal package) was superb & with a lot of variety to choose from. The spa is a must try, with Dr Indu’s personalised consultation to help you choose options suitable for you . Our kids had a great time too with activities as kayaking, zip line & the pool to keep them occupied. The houseboat we hired for 4 hours was another memorable experience with phenomenal food! On the whole, an amazing experience that I would happily recommend!

Amazing property with in-house lake and exceptional heritage rooms. Walking around the property is in itself a delight and must do in Kumarakam. Priya greeted us really well and the reception and ensured our stay was comfortable. Thank you!

My experience with Taj Kumarakom was really a good one. The hospitality of all the staff members were really good. The one person who served us dinner, Mr. Amal James, was very kind to us even though we were late he did not show any indifferences towards us. Everyone with whom I had interacted with whether it was in the activities section, pool section or spa section all of them were really professional and well behaved. It was worth going for a holiday with family to Taj.

My stay at Taj Kumarakom Resort was truly outstanding. The setting amidst lush greenery and serene backwaters provided a peaceful escape. The luxurious accommodation blended modern comforts with traditional Kerala charm, offering breathtaking views. Dining options were superb, with delicious local and international cuisines. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – staff (Mrs Priya & her team) went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

We embarked on a memorable journey to Taj Kumarakom Resort with our family. We were a group of 9 adults and 3 kids. The trip was truly incredible. Their hospitality surpassed all expectations. Understanding the presence of an elder in our group, they extended special care, ensuring my mother-in-law's u**ost comfort. The staff's courtesy was exceptional, always ready to assist in every possible way, from capturing our moments to organizing a boat ride, and even upgrading our accommodations. For dinners, they arranged a comfortable seating arrangement in their wine cellar so that my MIL can be at ease. Hats off to the staff there. I'm truly grateful to be able to experience this and meet those lovely people.

Wonderful experience at the Taj. Priya at the front desk made me feel very welcome, and was most helpful throughout my stay. I suggested a small improvement in the bathroom fixtures and Aravind at the front desk took care of it instantly. A beautiful property neighbouring the lake, where I had a very nice high tea. All in all, a very nice stay, highly recommended!
