ホテルはモダンで新しいです。場所は、ショップ、食べ物、徒歩で探索するのに最適です。 夜のライトが街の色を増す。 ホテルは、とても素敵なグリーンレイクパークから2km以内です。私たちは午前9時早く行き、運動している多くのグループを見るのを楽しみました。

初めて昆明に行ったときは、行く前にガイドをしました。南平通りの近くに住んでいる方が便利です。たまたま出会いの時間を目にしました。広業ビルの10階には、両側にホームステイがあります。廊下の照明デザインはとても魅力的です。 、部屋の全体的な照明は非常に明るく、人に広として明るい感じを与えます、部屋の全体的なレイアウトもとても暖かく、オーナーはとても熱心で、ブドウとビスケットの小さな皿も送ってくれました。キルトの厚さは昆明の天気にも適しています。私たちは遅れてチェックインし、朝の12時に停電しました。昆明の古い通りに非常に近く、中庭の小さな路地から直接歩いて行くことができます。

The host was excellent. The homestay location was very prominent (close to Old Town), room were clean and cozy. The host was excellent, contacted us immediately after booking was confirmed, accommodated our late (3am) check-in request, received parcel on our behalf. Would come back again in future

1. Location is very near to Jinma Biji Fang Pavilion. Just cross the road from the Pavillion will arrive at Nanjing Pedestrian shopping and walk through to Kunming old street - about 10-15 mins from hotel. Many food stalls and restaurants downstairs. 2. Hotel facilities - Free self service laundry with detergent and softener for hotel guests. Luggage storage at recep area. 3. Services - the Star ⭐ of the hotel is ”Lu Yiang Fang” (hope I get the name correct), a young pretty girl at the front desk. She took care of me so well (even after I had checked out) at the hotel sitting area by offering tea (pouring out and serving tea personally) and snack (sharing her ice cream, self bought). She went above and beyond to service guests and non guests on her own initiative - she checked on me (making sure that I was taken care of), booked Didi for me and sheltered me with umbrella while carrying my luggage under heavy rain to the Didi car and wanted to pay for my fare (wow, I cannot accept such kindness from a young kind generous girl, so I paid her back the fare with a small appreciation tip). She is so passionate and dedicated in her job, very nice, kind, generous, friendly and very helpful. She is a TRUE ASSET to this hotel. I ve stayed in huge numbers of variety hotels (of different ratings) in many countries, no one can match her excellent services and personality (especially after guests had checked out). To this pretty young girl, you are an Angel who shines on my 1st China solo holiday. Thank you so much for giving me such great memories in China!

It was a pleasant stay, spacious apartment and fit for 4 of us. Walking distance 15-30 mins to nearby attraction. 30 mins +- walk to Shuncheng Mosque where’s so many halal food along the street. Will definitely book this apartment again in future. To the host, thank you so much for being so helpful and fast reply.

メリット： 1. 地下鉄6号線唐子巷駅に近く、空港へのアクセスが便利。 2. スマートスピーカーとスマートトイレ。 3. その他のサービス（コーヒー、ランドリーなど。体験していないため、コメントは控えます。） デメリット： 1. アップグレードの主張：プロジェクター付きのツインルームを予約したのですが、ゲーム用にゲーミングツインルーム（15歳の女の子と一緒の私）にアップグレードしたと言われたのですが、これは元々の部屋が麻雀ルームに近く、防音が悪かったため、苦情を恐れたからではないでしょうか？顧客の権利よりも自分たちの都合を優先したのでしょうか？夜に映画を見ることすらできませんでした。 2. 男性受付係の対応が悪かった：最初のチェックインを済ませた後、ドアが開かなかったので、もう一度カードをスワイプしました。カードの接続が悪く、照明が全く点灯しませんでした。確認に来てくれるように頼んだところ、受付係は別の人の受付をしていて、「カードが正しく挿入されていません！」といらだたしく返答しました。接続不良を操作ミスと捉えた彼の態度は実に称賛に値します。 3. 設備に問題あり：見識のある人なら、私が構造品質を点検しに来たと思われるかもしれません。ベッドサイドテーブルは摩耗しており、ベッドの角は欠けたり壊れやすいです。子供連れの親御さんは絶対に避けるべきです。危険すぎるからです。至る所に段差があり、滑って転倒する恐れがあります。 4. バスルームがひどい：雲南省を旅行した際、どのゲストハウスも設備が整っていましたが、ここは使い捨ての便座カバーすら用意されておらず、私たちの便座カバーもサイズが合っていませんでした。歯磨き用の紙コップは明らかに粗悪品でした。バスルームのドアは回して開けることができませんでした。よく見ると、外側に引っ張るタイプでした。透明な警告ステッカーを貼ってあるのは、形ばかりの配慮でしたが、結局は効果がなく、無駄な努力でした。 5. シングルベッドのライトしか点灯せず、もう片方のライトは点灯しません。防音対策も最悪で、自分の部屋でひまわりの種を食べている音が聞こえてくると、隣の部屋から咳の音が聞こえたり、翌朝8時半に起きるカップルの会話（メロンの種を食べている絵文字）が聞こえてきたりします。リズムが速すぎて、ついつい会話に加わりたくなってしまうほどでした。

お店は少し見つけにくいです。上の階へのエレベーターは、賑やかなスナックバーの中に隠れていて、とても賑やかです。幸いなことに、店主はとても熱心で、荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれました。滞在中のあらゆる要望に応えてくれました。 カンカンミルクティー/チーフコーヒー：チェックイン時に、店主が率先して注文してくれて、試飲させてくれました。とてもまろやかな味でした。 部屋の雰囲気は良く、小さなテラスがあり、風通しが良く、お年寄りやお子様連れの旅行に最適です👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel contacted us a day before arrival that the lift is not working and asked if we were amenable to change to another room in another building. We accepted, so this is a review of that place. It's basically ilke an Airbnb. The place is spacious but the deco looks like somebodys house. There was no running cold water. We contacted the hotel, they were responsive and told us that the management is cleaning the water tank or something like that. We couldn't use the bathroom until 10pm, which was miserable. The room was acceptably comfortable. Location is very good, near the walking street with lots of restaurant and shops. Building entrance is a bit hidden but the hotel contact provided adequate instructions.
