ブルー ムーン リゾート(Blue Moon Resort)

有史以來住過最垃圾的酒店。一家大型民宿，卻有臉稱自己為resort。 管理者胡攪蠻纏，滿口渾話，不解決問題，衹推脱責任，也算是給我開了眼界。 晚上八點鐘入住，告訴我們房間還在打掃，但同時説退房時間是早上十點半。先不論這是否合理，中間的九個半小時工作人員是在做什麼呢？八點鐘辦了入住，十點鐘才進到房間，進去一股濃濃的空氣清新劑的味道，我不理解，但大為震驚。 安保接近為零，酒店外面的村民可以隨意進出。凌晨五點半的時候，有人嘗試破門而入，急促的推拉門鎖的聲音把我們吵醒，大聲呵斥了許多聲才讓嘗試破門而入的人離開。於是我們立即打電話到前台，無果。隨後在窗户前大聲呼喚安保人員，無果。聯繫平台讓平台人員幫助聯繫酒店，平台人員表示聯繫不上。凌晨六點再次打電話到前台，無果。因此從五點半到八點半我們都呆在房間裏，不敢睡覺，也不敢出門，直到天完全亮了才出去。 餐食一堆垃圾，不多加評判。 隨後中午酒店管理人員來了，氣勢洶洶，先不聽我們説什麼，直接告訴我們這裏安防嚴密，於是我説今天早上你們。前台才告訴我你們一共衹有兩個安保人員，其中一個還是守門的。她説她們有六個人，分別巡邏幾個不同的區域。我説我一路上一個人都沒看到，那你帶我去找一下他們在哪裡，她説安保人員可能去吃午飯，可能去上廁所，可能在商店買東西，看不到很正常。管理人員説是狗在撓門，我説我的指甲撓你們的木門都有很明顯的印跡，如果狗撓了為什麼一點印子都沒有呢？而且狗會做出推拉門鎖破門而入的行為嗎？她説可以的，因為他們家狗很聰明，並且印跡可能有，也可能沒有。我説我要看監控錄像，她説剛好我們那裡的壞了。但是其實我們那裡連攝像頭都沒有。 真噁心啊。

Very nice and quiet, the water and lights goes out quite a bit here, always a low tide so swimming is not possible shoreline coved in sharped rocks, Paje is a much better area and magnificent beach please go there, not much here in blue moon.. very nice people here, if your looking for peace and quiet maybe then this blue moon is for you.

This little pearl outside the crowded world is really a paradise to come to rest. The staff is superfriendly, the food is delicious, the interior is really cool and Ibiza-style and the resort is really big but they do not allow many guests so you really have a lot of space at the pool/beachside. They have a petty with which you can walk above the sea and sunbathe in the middle of the sea. Really cool! We really loved the place!

Overall, very satisfied with our stay at the Blue Moon Resort. We stayed for 9 nights in the suite with a private pool on a full board basis. On the first day, we arrived at 8:00 am. It was indeed early, but we had to wait until 3:00 pm. We were exhausted from a long trip. A hotel should be able to accommodate guests by noon, which is the norm. For a supposedly luxurious room, it felt a bit outdated. The wardrobe was very small, with doors that didn't close properly. The hotel really needs to implement a ventilation system, there's an unpleasant smell in the room and the bathroom... The positives of the hotel: it's extremely peaceful. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and a private beach with fewer people. The restaurant is à la carte. The dishes are delicious, fresh, high-quality, and presented very meticulously, something rarely seen in a full board hotel ! But hope you are patient, it takes 1.5 to 2 hours sometimes to have a meal because of the time taken for ordering and preparing the dishes. It's not a big deal in the evening, but it's inconvenient at noon when we want to make the most of their time. The music is perfect, classy and not disco ambiance ! (If that's what you're looking for, you should consider Nungwi's hotels). The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is very attentive and truly cares about your comfort. We want to thank the staff for their kindness and responsiveness, with a special thanks to Swahiba! We will probably come back.

A hotel should be able to accommodate guests by noon, which is the norm. The website indicated a check-in time of 2:00 pm, but we had to wait an extra hour. For a supposedly luxurious room, it felt a bit outdated. The wardrobe was very small, with doors that didn't close properly (allowing insects to get inside) and not practical for storing long dresses that get wrinkled. The hotel really needs to implement a ventilation system; sometimes, there's an unpleasant smell in the room and the bathroom. Therefore, showering with salty water is really unpleasant. A full-length mirror and more light in the bedroom would also be nice to have... Besides these issues, the mattress is comfortable despite numerous comments suggesting it was a bit firm. The positives of the hotel: it's family-oriented and extremely peaceful. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and a private beach with fewer people. The restaurant is à la carte. The dishes are delicious, fresh, high-quality, and presented very meticulously, something rarely seen in a full board hotel. Hats off to the chefs! The only downside of the restaurant is the time. 😀 I contacted the hotel to inform them of my 0400 arrival. They welcomed myself and my daughter with a warm welcome. The bedroom was beautiful with a lovely large bed. The, which was decorated with red petals. We didn’t want to mess up the petals🤓🤓. mattress was excellent qualitygood . The bathroom was a lovely size. I enjoyed my showers, but had to get use to the very salty water, which made my skin itchy at times. I have very sensitive skin ( No fault of the hotel 🤓). Bathroom toiletries smelt lovely. The staff are all amazing. Hamadi, Ayubu, Dayana and Alan 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The owner was very attentive and would ask the guests how they are. The restaurant area and lounge area are large and clean. The pool area in front of the restaurant is large and clean. My favourite area of the hotels is the jetty area. There is a beautiful pool down in that area, where myself and my daughter requested a floating breakfast. It was paradise. The floating breakfast was an additional USD$30. I strongly recommend it. Hamadi and Alan brought the floating breakfast singing to us. It was amazing. My daughter enjoyed the jet ski. She was in her element. The restaurant food was lovely and cooked to perfection. Well done to the 🧑🏾‍🍳. I love that the hotel is calm, private and secluded. Away from the hustle, bustle and noise. If you want a peaceful and relaxing stay Blue moon resort is the one for you! Thank you Blue moon for a wonderful stay! I would strongly recommend this hotel 💯%. The hotel arranged a phone with the pharmacist and they delivered my daughter’s tablet to us. 😡 The road leading to the hotel needs attention. It’s very very bumpy and uncomfortable. The bedroom/bathroom needs a brighter light. Too dim. I’m a vegetarian and have a fish/seafood allergy and felt limited to the food choices in the evenings. I had vegetarian curry or vegetarian pasta. I didn’t like the vegetarian burger.

Celebrated my wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel and honestly it exceeded my expectation, the staff are very friendly and a special shout out to Ayubu who made sure that we get everything we needed. Their Fridays are also the best where they organize live music. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definetly go back. We also loved the relaxing beds by the beach and how calm the hotel is. Oh and ofcourse the floating breakfast was everything. Looking forward to going back! Hakuna Matata!

We stayed at the hotel from 8 to 11 december. Don’t go to this hotel if you want to stay safe. During our last night in the middle of the night someone we don’t know came in our room at our private villa while we were sleeping. We were scared for our lives. Neither the owner or the manager came to check if we were okay or to guarantee our safety. The receptionist told us the owner was sleeping and didn’t want to wake up? The next morning again there was nobody. It was our last day and we left around 9 am and NOBODY came to talk to us and to say sorry or something. They told us in the night to watch the camera’s in the morning and in the morning they told us the camera’s didn’t work. Skip this hotel if your life is safe for you!

We stayed at blue moon for one night.with my family nice hotel scenery beautiful, the staff are good specially Ayoub he doing the best to please us 🙏 thank you, the problem of the hotel check out is too early 10-30 and as the resort must add more water in the room ,only small bottles for whole day if you want extra must buy, and the tap water 💦 is salty you can make even coffee,I believe management can do that and the food are nice we enjoyed our stay thank you
