シンプルな室内で使いやすく良かったです。

京都駅のすぐ近くでアクセス抜群でした。洗濯機があるので子供連れでも安心ですし、荷物も少なくて済みます。 ベッドやお風呂も清潔です。 朝食がないので、近所のモーニングやっているお店の紹介があると、もっといいな、と思いました。

総合的にはとても満足ですが、ホテルは内通りに位置し建物に囲まれており、窓やドアは大きいですが景色は見えず、入り口が比較的奥まっていて見落としやすい点にはご注意ください。

美しい客室と本当に素敵なデザイン/ブティックの雰囲気を備えた素晴らしいホテル。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

施設はモダンで清潔でした。朝食はまあまあでした。住宅街にある物件です。大通りからは見えません。京都駅やその他お店へもとても便利でした。

This property is close to Kyoto Station, which made it very handy to get around and visit the sites in Kyoto. The in-room kitchen and washing machine was very helpful during my stay. Beautiful property and wonderful rooms. In a quiet alleyway which meant no loud road noises at night.

Very friendly helpful staff! Rooms were beyond our expectations, clothes washer/dryer in room was very convenient and welcome! Would definitely stay when Kyoto again.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. The toilet was overflowed with gross yellowish stuff on the second day of our stay. Very disgusting odor and sight ! Cleaning staff tried to clean the toilet but we insisted to change room. There must be huge sewage problem with this hotel. Our room was on the third floor in this 4-storey building and bad smell kept coming out from the kitchen drain even after room change. Apart from that, the room has no natural light and was very moist all the time. It took 2 days for laundry to dry even after 2 hour dryer. The so-called Kyoto design means facing a concrete wall outside the window. The hotel is hidden in a small alley and totally not accessible by car. There was no staff help out with luggage. Staff are friendly but not professional. No offer to change room until we insisted. A verbal apology was given after all that we experienced, and that’s it. We paid JPY64k per night for 2 connecting twin rooms and it’s absolutely not worth the money. There must be other better choices around Kyoto station.

Location to begin with is a huge plus. Located minutes away from Kyoto station. We arrived early to drop off luggage in the storage but our room happened to be ready. The check in process was simple and the front desk attendant was extremely pleasant. He spoke excellent English and he provided helpful information and tips. The lobby is like a museum and the hotel is super clean. The toilet opens automatically with all the special accents making it comfortable and the shower/bath is to die for. The room was sexy with all lights being dim-able with a special view. The kitchen was helpful and the washer/dryer is super convenient. This hotel/staff get 10/10.

This is a well appointed hotel, with spacious and attractive rooms, comfortable beds and bedding and excellent amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive. An excellent stay thank you.

Close to Kyoto Station and the connecting rooms are a plus, while the washer/dryer combo in the unit really helped. The floor to ceiling windows made the room seem much bigger. I would stay again at eph Kyoto again. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A wonderful stay.

Can't beat the location! Located in a quiet side street 2 blocks from the Kyoto Station, 1 block from a taxi stand.The property is immaculate. We had a large room equipped with a kitchenette and laundry in-room, which was really very convenient. The staff was excellent and quite helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Very unique architecture. Great staff and thoughtful rooms, coffee machine which is a plus, convenient location as well, isolated yet close to public transport.
