Very friendly. Great welcome. Super helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Just everything thing you'd expect from a top quality boutique hotel. Location good. Close to bus stop for skiing. But bit of a walk to lifts if don't use bus. In summary highly recommend

Can’t wait to return. We had a great short break and having stayed here in the past we are now wondering why we had stayed elsewhere. Enjoyed the Spa facilities, the understated but stylish rooms as well as the village of St Clusaz.

This hotel was great location and extremely clean. Rooms were great size and so was the bathroom. The beds weren’t the most comfy and there was no cooling system for the room which made it extremely hot to sleep in. Whilst getting ready we had to open the door to let air circulate and cool it down. The mini fridge didn’t really work and felt hot so we stored our water and chocolate outside as it was cold. The continental breakfast was nice however more could have been offered like breakfast cereals and more fruit selection. The afternoon snacks were very limited offering only 3 selections of small cakes, it was nice however that the tea and hot chocolate was free during this time. Afternoon sandwiches would have been nice to offer after a day on the slopes. The bar area was lovely and Francois the bar tender was amazing, extremely helpful and chatty. The bar offered a good range of drinks. There was board games and decks of cards available which was a great touch and the staff were extremely helpful when asked. You can purchase ski passes at the reception which is hassle free. There is a ski shop within the hotel which is great to hire however carrying the skis/snowbosrd and wearing your ski boots or snowboard boots and walking to the slopes is exhausting. We ended up hiring from a shop at the bottom of the slopes for ease. The only thing really lacking in this hotel is an evening restaurant as sometimes you are too tired and don’t want to go out and look for food, a restaurant would be excellent to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great base for a friends ski trip. 5 mins from centre on foot, free shuttle bus to ski lifts, good bus service back. Onsite ski hire, nice spa area and lovely bar. Very helpful , friendly staff and good sized rooms for sharing.

Great hotel! Friendly staff. Parking was unavailable when we got there so had to park 10 min walk from hotel. Clean and comfortable room

The Hotel is very welcoming. All the staff are helpful, the rooms are very nice. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. There is no evening restaurant but the Hotel is happy to recomend and book restaurants in the village. Definitly stay here again.

I think this is a relatively new hotel and overall I thought it was really good value for money and deserves the 5 star review for the price we paid. Room was really spacious, great team of people working throughout the hotel, and despite 'no restaurant' they laid on a good breakffast. The spa area was lovely (when it was quiet) , but not huge so it did get a bit crowded on occasion. Good location to wander down the road to the village square, and the ski bus stops outside the hotel. Ski hire people in the hotel (from Woodcore) were great, but if we were to go again, I would suggest getting fitted at the hotel and then leave skis and boots at their main shop down by the lifts, would have been much more convenient for the slopes.

Excellent hotel, booked superior room, clean and tidy great facilities and service, nice pool and sauna. Free tea and cake in the afternoons was a welcome treat after a day of skiing. Very convenient and even has own shuttle bus service to lifts even though the main village bus stops outside.

Lovely hotel, well located, with incredibly helpful staff. The only downsides are the bathrooms, with the shower being in an impossible location. The pillows were also the worst I have had in a hotel in a very long time.
