Great position on Levante beach. Excellent room for a solo traveller who often gets dumped into crap rooms This was great. Lovely big king size bed. Free fridge in room . Free security safe. Very friendly staff. Big restaurant with huge windows giving fantastic beach views. I liked the food as they provided lots of different fish each day and plenty of choice of Mediterranean veg and salads. The meat dishes weren't that brilliant to be honest and the food was warm rather than piping hot. I liked they had 4 help yourself coffee machines at breakfast and two large toaster machines. I didn't like that there was no free water on the tables for dinner and you had to buy bottled water. I appreciated that it was a adult only hotel so much quieter . The bar area was quite small but at the time i was there I always managed to get a seat. There was limited entertainment just 2 duos playing to backing tracks on weekend. But very tastefully and with all the bars nearby packed with live music plenty of opportunity for those who wanted more entertainment. There wasn't any big push to promote trips etc by the hotel and there were no tour operators reps to pester you . Its a hotel I would be happy to use again if I could.

On arrival we asked if we could upgrade to a sea view room the staff could not be more helpful they offered us a room 603 which we did and I must say we weren't disappointed the view was amazing the rooms are very clean shower was big and water was always hot are room was cleaned every day only fault the evening meal was a bit repetitive but ok and the sweet were to die for I would like to say a big thanks for making are stay a pleasure we will be back next year many thanks to you all

Welcoming and informative reception staff. Lovely clean, spacious room with fantastic sea view. Even though we don't eat meat, the food choice and quality were exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. The drinks were reasonably priced and all staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect and midway between the old and new town. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in excellent position. Staff friendly. Beds super comfy, room lovely. Breakfast excellent and good selection. BUT, only book B&B, Evening meal awful, beef 4 days on the trot, then pork steaks unedible, only got potatoes twice and vegetables only twice, green beans both times in 10 nights stay. There's just no choice .even the guy cooking the meats didn't know what meats he was cooking, seriously, he went back to kitchen to ask and he just overcooks everything. You'll be ok if you like fish, i dont. Deserts same every evening, absolutely no taste to them, we ate out twice as the meat went back to beef AGAIN. Nothing is labelled so you don't know what your eating, people complained so after 5 nights we got label's. Would I return, yes, but only on B&B basis

Lovely hotel, great rooms and a great location. Bar closes at midnight, lovely lady very friendly serving unlike two grumpy bar tenders. Food average. The one thing that spoils it , at 10 am it’s a free for all battle commences for sun loungers and space. The hotel caters for over 200 people but only has 30 sun loungers. Towels are left on them all day. You have been warned.

Gorgeous "on the beach, hotel. Spacious ocean view rooms. Large balconies with furniture. Clean bright and very modern public areas. Lovely English speaking staff. The location is "The Beach. Fabulous breakfast/dinning room. With gorgeous sea views. Great easy Hotel.

Would take the bed home with me if I could! All lovely genuinestaff amazing quality delicious food, we went half board lovely powerful shower with shampoos and body wash supplied lovely big balconies very roomy rooms and even good selection of English tv channels as weather was rainy for my stay but didn’t mind staying in room as such a great room

I was very nervous about coming to Benidorm and thanks to the INNSiDE -Benidorm, I WILL return to Benidorm. However, I WILL return to this Hotel ! It is exceptional! We were greeted by a warm welcome from a lovely lady called Sahara! All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Fantastic breakfast! Hotel was clean and tidy throughout-. Sadly, only disappoin**ent - was the weather! Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned! If in doubt about going to Benidorm, BOOK the Innside! It is on the beach !

A really nice hotel rooms right on Levante beachfront.. Rooms nice. Would have been nice for the 3rd adult bed to have been a real one and not a low pull out bed/chair however.. Breakfast very nice, plenty of choice... Close to all the new town nightlife.
