The bed is the fluffiest I have ever seen🤭 , the bathroom is as comfy as being in a living room.. the room services is unarguably the best

It started with the hotel forgetting to pick me up from the airport. I landed at 21:30 and ended up at the hotel close to mid-night It took me two hours to arrive and when I did I was given a dingy rather dirty room facing the street, not only was there traffic, but a night club with blaring loud music right across the road, including blinking lights. It was 2am by the time I could finally sleep (and I had to get up a 6:00) so short and really bad night. There was nothing nice about the hotel and they charged me for the airport transfer that never came to pick me up. When I claimed I had been charged for multiple transfers, when in reality I had exactly one, I received no response; despite sending the booking receipts from my credit card.

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. The GM, the DOS and the FOM were professional, accommodating, supportive and welcoming. This is surely a home away from home. I will recommend the Radisson Blu Ikeja to friends and colleagues.

The buffet was good and Mr. Uche made sure we had a fantastic time at the restaurant. The food was great but can be better if more options are available. We plan to try the Sunday lunch buffet sometime this month. The rooms are fantastic and very affordable

The service was amazing and the food was excellent. I especially liked service provided by Feyisayo Andy at the restaurant. The live band that also played on Sunday was during lunch time was great, they allowed young children to sing along.

I ate a Very nice, Tasty, yummy, classy, delicious meals and I had fun cause the dishes were so amazing…. I will say it’s a big blast of fun and never the less their juice were well served and dishes were well made, another thing that got me in the mood was how they wished my friends wife a happy birthday.. the presentation was so nice and sweet

The meals are so delicious. I enjoyed every bit I ate. Customer service was top notch. This is a place I’d love to come again. Mr Uche and his team were so amazing. Kudos to them. They made sure my friends and I were so comfortable, relaxed and happy.

Radisson blu is always a home away from home for me. I got value for my money, professionalism and exceptional service. The front office team, food and beverage, housekeeping made my experience worthwhile

Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the services i received there was excellent, ranging from the food, the rooms, quality rooms and accessories, good reception from staff. Although the gym was not of good standard. it was not neat as expected. Every other thing was perfect.
