"They steal from rooms. I was staying in room 136 and my gym shorts were missing. I reported the issue, a team came and searched the room and said I must have misplaced it . Further the front office manager says I have done my best and if you want to mention on your review than pls go ahead . Pls choose an air bnb or any other option but be safe . I lost some clothes but I thank god I took my wallet with me when I left the room."

"The reception at the hotel front desk was very poor and inefficient. They provided us with the printed Ctrip booking information, but they didn't know the suite information we booked. There was no sense of service. We asked for a lobby WI-FI service, but they were unwilling to provide it. After many communications, they only provided one person with 1 hour of network. We ordered a small suite, which cost about RMB 2,800 per room per night, which is not as good as a three-star hotel in China. The supporting facilities are poor. It is close to the road, and the room glass is not hollow and soundproof. The noise is loud and you can't rest well. The room is poorly clean, and the carpet has not been vacuumed for a long time. The breakfast is acceptable. There is also a non-smoking area in the entire hotel, which is ok. Overall, I don't recommend staying here."
