Just came for the night to visit our son. A wonderful place to stay. Looking forward this will be the first place I look to book anywhere. Clean. rooms are very quite. There was a lot going on there so we expected noise. But slept well through the night. Lots of care taken for extras such as towels. Went down and asked for another blanket for at night for my wife so she wasn't cols. Gave me one sealed in a bag. Only complaint was the ice machine was on the third floor we were on the 1st. This is where the contental breakfast was so really didn't make sense that there was only one.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were a good size. The only real "complaint" is that the 2 bedroom unit only has 1 bathroom and it is in the main bedroom and not the common area. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the cost.

It's not a bad place to stay. Overall didnt have any problems but the furniture in the rooms is pretty beat up. Couch had seen better days with wear and tear and scratches and scrapes that comes with age.

Our family of four checked in to a one bedroom suite and my in-laws into another one bedroom suite on a different floor. Ours smelled terrible, and my in laws suite was even worse. Noticed a safety issue with the pull out bed where my kids were going to sleep, which got us moved up to a suite with two bedrooms. It was a significant improvement to have two real beds, and the fourth floor smelled much better. Kudos to the woman at the desk for attempting to make things right - we otherwise would have ended up sharing a bed. Overall this property is very poorly maintained. Don’t be fooled by the modern lobby. I saw three rooms on three floors and none appeared to have had any recent renovation. The decor is beyond dated, and even the upgrade room had several obvious hairs in the bathtub. I heard other guests also coming to the lobby with various complaints. You might be better off choosing a property that has been updated this century, or maybe just sleep in your car.

Very expensive (almost $300/night) for a dated property with stained old carpeting and no housekeeping.

We will never stay at any of you location. Noisy and a bad smell in the halls I had no choice than to stay that night because I couldn't find a room at a different place for that night but never again i should have slept in my car. that's how bad the experience

Stay was ok, damp carpets due to cleaning. Strong cleaning smell. Pet friendly hotel, so obviously stains, smells,etc. Some ripped furniture. In my opinion i paid too much.

Wanted a kitchen. Had to go to service desk for pots, pans, plates, and utensils and was told there are no bins available to distribute them. Put trash outside my door for pickup. Instead of picking it up, housekeeping knocked on my door and instructed me where to go put it. Furniture inside room was worn. Overall, unhappy. Next time, I'll stay at a Marriott with a kitchen, pay more, and save the difference by cooking my own food. Still, this place is better the halfway house on the otherside of the interstate with same theme, but different brand.

It was a safe location. Clean. The breakfast was misleading. It is a grab and go but decent. You just think hot breakfast when it says breakfast included. The coffee not so good. But they had hard boiled eggs, tea, cereal bars, oatmeal.
