ルレ & シャトー ラ レゼルヴ(Relais & Chateaux Hotel la Reserve)

This place should not be listed as a Relais and Chateau property. It is 30 years tired, and well past its glory days. My welcome water bottle was previously open, they took our 1/2 bottle of wine in the bucket - which they returned after calling. The flowers are next to dead through out the property. Not at all like the pictures on their website.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay while touring the area. The hotel is beautiful and it really felt like home. The personnel were truly wonderful. Breakfast was small but nothing was missing and the dinner at their restaurant is truly delicious! What truly captivates you is the location. Just next to the river set amongst a beautiful garden. The best place to relax and unwind!

Excellent staff, beautiful location, calm, relaxing in an enchanting parc. An extraordinary place for people who wish to enjoy more than a hotel. The hostess is extremely helpful and charming. The breakfast is excellent. The swimmingpool overlooking the parc and the river is a place you don't want leave. Albis historic center is only 5 mins sway.

This is a family run small relais chateau hotel which feels more like staying in a friends country house. Nothing was too much trouble, a very relaxing hotel on the tarn river with exquisite service, cleanliness and delicious menu . Food is taken seriously here and served delicately with passion. A must stay in this area if you like what i have written !

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and that the staff were genuinely out to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was great to see that they were taking on and actively training a couple of interns and some younger staff in this time of staff shortages. The owner is very “hands on” and apparently she has been for many years. We’ve had some of the best service in any restaurant anywhere whilst staying here. The gardens are stunning, and the view while dining outside was perfect. Our room was very comfortable. We will return!

Right on the banks of the Tarn, calm and relaxing, overviewing the still waters of the river. On the opposite bank gigantic poplars bord green fields. And just 3km from the touristic center of Albi. Assuredly the best location around. Rooms with river view recommended to fully enjoy the experience.

Very nature

Hôtel très agréable, situé dans la nature en bord du Tarn. Accueil chaleureux et personnel dévoué. Une bonne adresse à recommander à quelques minutes de voiture du centre d'Albi. Pas eu malheureusement l'occasion de tester le restaurant fermé les lundi et mardi. Merci pour ce séjour!

nous avons été conquis par ce cadre magnifique , ce calme et cet écrin de verdure à seulement quelques minutes du centre d'ALBI. La directrice est très compétente et conviviale. Elle nous a en plus organisé un super circuit de découverte des merveilleux villages médiévaux environnants. l'ensemble du personnel très sympathique et encore merci aux jeunes femmes de l'accueil qui sont très pro et très à l'écoute du client. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Cet endroit mérite vraiment le détour. Merci encore pour cette découverte. Philippe et Claudette.
