アート ラス パルマス(Art Las Palmas)

Everything was perfect, including 2 cleaning services during the 2 week staying. Very convenient location for Las Canteras playas. Javier gave us kind and detailed information in English how to approach and move in Las Palmas and in the island.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The best thing was to have a garage and the location so close to the motorway and the capital beach! Mesa y Lopez and CC Arenas were great for shopping too only a 5-10 mins walking. We will stay again in the future

Art Las Palmas is a nice cozy apt hotel from five minutes walk to the Las Canteras beach. Art is modern and very clean, has kitchen with is well equipped - with a welcoming box with everything you might need as a start - coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cheese, bacon and ham and even a bottle of nice red wine. Our balcony faced to Av. Mesa y Lopez - walk directly to the Spanish square and Turun to your right, you will reach avenue’s nice part full of shops and cafes. There is in the lounge an easy-to-use machine you can check in as there is no staff all the time in the reception. We will for sure to come back in Art Las Palmas!

Wonderful experience. Great location near the Las Canteras Beach/Boulevard and also near the shopping area of Mesa y López. Great restaurants in the near environment. The appar**ents are great, very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very good. Complete kitchen with every you may need in it. Very nice decoracion in the entire appar**ent. Definitely worth coming back to! We will recommend it to our friends.

ART was well equipped, spacious, clean and being only a 2 minute walk to the beach front, you couldn’t ask for anymore. Shopping mall and aquarium all within walking distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Do t stick to the beach, plenty of place inland that offer other great local shopping experiences too.

Without a doubt the best apartomentos on the island. I honestly can not find anything to complain about that is worth mentioning. After this hotel everything will be a disappoin**ent. I could tell lot's of good things about the room but I want to leave it as a pleasant surprise for next guests.

I really loved this place. Brand spanking new, modern, efficient, technologically advanced. The space was perfect with a large balcony. The bed very comfortable, the modern bathroom efficient and the kitchen well stocked. A few minute walk from the beach and ten to the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus where I was working. The staff very nice. I will definitely return!

We were the first to move into our room, as the hotel just opened at the end of 2021. The room was impecable, loads of space, comfy bed, great facilities, full equipped kitchen, welcome hamper and lovely balcony. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our room so much, that we ended up staying more than a month. The best part about the ART Hotel is the staff. Javier the Manager did everything to make our stay amazing and they even have the rooms cleaned every week with the most friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever visiting Las Palmas. We will definitely be back again. Thank-you Javier and team, See you soon!

The appar**ent was clean, bright and spacious, well equipped. Bed was very comfy. Our side of the hotel was great for the sun. Balcony fine for 3 people. Beach five minutes stroll, easy access to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and modern shopping mall only 10 minutes walk away. Only slight problem was on arrival the self check in system didn't work so we had to wait for someone to come to sort out the problem. Hotel manager and assistant were both absolutely lovely but when you are tired after a long day it was frustrating having to wait to get a key to your room.
