Great experience with check in, staff, and even the complimentary breakfast, however, the door to our room would not lock unless it was pulled and yanked a lot. It seemed like it’d shut, but wouldn’t lock on its own. (Room 413)

This is a great location away from the noise and smoke of the ****** hotels. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious, breakfast (included) was satisfactory, the pool is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The downside of this location is that the food options are limited to fast food joints (Jack in the Box, In n Out, McDonald's, Wendy's). There is a small grocery store about 2 blocks away that offers sandwiches and salads that kept me fed for the 4 days I was there. The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Aria by reservation (after their contractual obligations to shuttle airline folks to and from the airport). I recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service from all the receptionist and staff. They went above and beyond to help me since airlines lost my luggage. Room was quiet, very clean, comfortable bed and I love having a kitchen for extended stays. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again if opportunity arises! Policy changes made it so that there was some confusion regarding checkout times and the end of breakfast. The breakfast part was my fault, as I missed that it was over at 9:30 on weekdays. Informing guests upon checking would have been helpful. Most hotels tell you that info as you're checking in, to avoid what we went through. We got downstairs at 9:33, thinking it went until 10:00, and they were packing it up. The only reason it frustrated us was because they didn't even allow us to pack a to-go box with the food they were taking back to the kitchen. They were very firm and offered no solution. Again, my fault, but a little courtesy would have been appreciated. Also, they changed the checkout time to make it an hour earlier than what was on my booking confirmation. They told me that they just changed it, and kinda seemed put off by the fact that I needed that hour, since that was what I booked. All in all, a great place to stay off the ***** with a shuttle or a small Lyft fare to get you there. I definitely would stay here again if I don't want to be in the madness of the *****.

Stay here. Great location, clean rooms, very comfortable, and well maintained. Super nice people too! Oh yeah, the breakfasts were pretty darn good too!

Been to the area for hockey games great location but a lot of homeless people around the hotel area. Never had an issue but it could be for families. Great hotel and rooms are quiet. Breakfast is also a nice to have.

We were happy with our stay at Town Place Suites. The staff were friendly. Our room was spacious with two Queen beds. The facility was clean and well maintained. The parking garage was accessible with lot of open spots. The complimentary breakfast was helpful. However due to the number of guests, they did run out of most breakfast items the first couple of days of our stay. Also, our room wasn’t cleaned for the entirety of our stay. Looks like it’s only cleaned when requested by the guest. Overall this is a good hotel to stay with family. It’s mvery closely located to The ***** as well as I-15 highway and airport.

The property and room adequate. This property offers free breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast is not available as advertised. Breakfast is allegedly available from 6:30-9:30 weekdays and 7-10am weekends. If a customer doesn’t arrive to breakfast within the first hour and a half the options are virtually nil. Truly a disappointment!!
