Hôtel utilisé juste une soirée, chambres assez basiques et petit déjeuner très limité - mais bon tarif

酒店位置不是那麼好找，轉了兩個圈才找到。 酒店環境很不錯，比圖片上還漂亮，應該是裝修過了。房間也很大，舒適。

酒店剛裝修好，比較新，性價比高

Upon arrival, there was a huge truck/crane blocking the entrance... i had to figure out how to enter around it. When entering, there were 2 clerks at check-in (Tamaira and one withoit a name tag) and 1 other staff stocking shelves. Neither clerk greeted me nor made eye contact. I stood and waited... so much so that i shopped in the center (dropping a juice and connecting with the staff whi was stocking) as i awaited the greeting. Finally, a clerk speaks, asking my last name. I expected a hello, a smile, an apology for the wait or the inconvenience of the truck.... but no... just the name request. Much more occurred, but I'll stop here.

After check in and settled in our room after a long 3 hr. Drive, the room directly above on the 5th floor started at 4:00 with a reciprocating saw to dismantle a toilet off the wall. The noice was deafening and shook our room. I went up to the next floor to investigate. The front desk they had no idea. The maintenance supervisor was called and took care of telling the worker to stop. Unbelievable! I almost was ready to check out.

After I made my reservation, I received a text, asking me to send a copy of my drivers license and to sign some forms. I did that. Then, when I got to the hotel, I was asked to provide my license again and to sign paperwork again. The room we were put in was very small. I could not get out of the bed without sliding down to the bottom as the bed was against the wall. I set the temperature to 72° when I went to bed. I woke up at 3 AM and the temperature in the room was 78. on the plus side, the room was clean. However, I did not like the fact, the breakfast did not start until 7 AM. That was too late for me and I had to leave with no breakfast

Property under construction with materials piled everywhere in parking lots. Refused to show room prior to taking possession of key.

The overall hotel was clean for the price i paid however after driving 3 hours and spending all day walking when we arrived to check in. We were given a room and when we went to enter a lady was already checked in to that room, when we went back to the lobby she gave us another room and while no one was in it their stuff was. It made me a little hesitant to leave my stuff in the 3rd room we got. The entire night the people in rooms around us were slamming doors which kept my 13 year old up most of the night. However the front desk lady was very apologetic about the room situation.

Needed help with the TV remote, went to the front desk around 10 PM to ask for help. Clerk did not know the answer but said she would find out and call the room to let me know - she never called.
