Beautiful Hotel - cant wait to come back when weather is warmer to sit outside on the rooftop outdoor areas

I'm a stickler with ice makers not working. I stayed on the 2nd level and I saw a sign to go to the 4th floor for ice. It doesn't work. I then called front desk and she kindly said I have one on my level (2nd) and if that one doesn't work then I will need to go back down to the bar if I want some ice. So basically icemakers do not work in this building. The shower doors were not clean and the water does not drain propertly. There was not a trash can in the bathroom. I have 2 TVs. They both operate off the same remote. So when I turn one on, the other turns on. The one in the bedroom is only showing 1/2 a screen and the rest of the screen is dark. One outlet does not work. I have never had an issue w/the Hilton hotels until this one.I believe I would have received a better room and better service at a much less expensive Hilton Hotel such as Tru. Truly disappointed.

Great location. Our room had a terrible smell of body odor and floors and bathroom were not clean. Clearly this is a true college hotel trying to be upscale. The bar was nice and parking was good.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the northern edge of Kansas University and the Booth Memorial Stadium that is under renovation. The stone work in the hotel is outstanding and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The exterior and hallway castle like look is very cool. The rooms while very spacious and nice were very modern and an odd transition.

The only issue is that there are no chairs in the room to sit except a small desk chair. Large room with plenty of space for a chair

Ok, I travel a lot, and generally stay in nice places. The staff here is absolutely exceptional which is not necessarily the case, even with upper end stays. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Absolutely will stay here again!

Amy was very rude an unhelpful. She did not explain where we could park being i am handicap. We parked in the corresponding parking space with our room number. It happened to be on the 4th level behind the elevator. I xalled her and told her where we parked and didnt thet have handicap parking. Her response was you dont go by your room number you can park anywhere. She told me we could park on the 1st level. My husband asked about a luggage cart and she ignored him. I then asked how do we get to our rooms. She preceeded to tell us. .
Please have someone check the shower floor,when wet it is slick as ice. How can that floor be considered safe?

In first room, TV and internet didn't work. Moved to second room and TV and internet didn't work until some tech fixing. Comfortable and clean. On checking out, I was charged $15 / night for parking and I didn't even have a car.
