"We were very disappointed in this hotel. Our room was not cleaned daily, despite us asking both the front desk and the cleaners for this. Half of the washing machines and dryers were broken. The breakfast was poor, with low quality ingredients, and no fresh fruit. Also, the staff did not keep the breakfast items stocked up, which meant that many things had run out. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that they were not available. When trip.com tried to contact the hotel, they also received no response. I would advise to avoid this hotel unless the management turn things around."
