Cute area. Hotel is a bit outdated. Floors and walls are thin. Kept very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast offered is nothing more than I can buy frozen at home. I was not impressed.

Loved how close to downtown it was. Had restaurants close enough if we didn't want to go that far we didn't have to. Rooms were clean and front desk was friendly and helpful.

the rate was seriously overpriced for the type of accommodation. It was like a super 8. close to town but too far to walk. they gave you breakfast, cheerios in a paper bag to take out. They use Inn and Suites in their name, it was neither. Really not worth the money

The room heater was extremely noisy. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Older building but it was clean and comfortable-welcoming for dogs, easy walking to downtown. Staff was friendly and the grounds were well kept up - the snow kept piling up but they kept it plowed regularly.

The hotel does not clean the rooms during your stay. They will deliver items to your Room, but only when you are not there. The breakfast has to be ordered the night before and you pick it up in a bag the next morning. You have to microwave the food yourself. The area outside of the hotel entrance leading to the rooms was left with ice and snow and could be a hazard. The staff were reasonably friendly.

Excellent location! Easy walk to shopping, dining, town center, etc. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast options consisted of cereal or a microwaveable sandwich. We’d like the breakfast buffet back, but there are also plenty of other options within walking distance. Heater worked well until morning when the room filled with exhaust from outside.

Shower leaked 24/7, shower was in desperate need of replacing. Furniture is never moved and very dirty under chaor and behind endtables. Breakfast was a sac breakfast. Not impressed for the price. Pool area was dirty

Not the best value but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Short distance to downtown, easy walk even in frigid conditions. Free coffee and juice was a great addition.

We liked the pool but we stayed for 4 days and we were right by a door that goes inside to the elevators and it slammed at least 50 times a night and we have small children. Two of our lights didn’t work in the room, our microwave didn’t work in the outlet it was plugged in to so we used it on the floor for 4 days. Stains on the bedding. It just wasn’t a great experience for the expense for our family. Wouldn’t stay here again.

John at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and gave us information that helped decide to come to Leavenworth in the negative temps! The noise from the hallway was loud, we could hear everything happening out there. I would love if, in general, hotels would put up hooks on the empty wall space to help with clutter! Especially when we have lots of snow gear. The pool was definitely not 90 degrees, but the hot tub was nice and warm. Overall, great location and we had a nice stay.

Room was clean beds were uncomfortable.

the staff/receptionists are very friendly/ accommodating. Special mention to "John" the evening receptionist, highly recommended!

Complained three different times about my door not locking properly and all they said was "it's due to the weather". Very unsafe
