シャワーの水が時々非常に熱くなりました。上階への急勾配がとても激しく、一部手すりがないと危険だと思います。しかし、全体的には魅力的な場所です。

私はビジネス旅行中に家族を連れてきて、travelokaから良い価格を手に入れました。夕方に到着し、部屋の隅に部屋がありました。別の部屋を尋ねると、ホテルがとても空っぽで静か。インターネット接続が非常に悪かった。夜のレセプションの人はフレンドリーで私たちを助けてくれましたが、それでもインターネットの問題は解決しませんでした。私の息子はプールで泳いでいて、スタッフは彼らに食べてはいけないと言いました。スタッフが注文した食べ物を持ってくる間、とても面白いです。私たちが3人いる間、スタッフはタオルを1枚しかくれませんでした。その理由は非常にばかげていました。1部屋あたりタオルは1枚だけです。朝食での食事はとても悪く、サービスはとても貧弱でした。非常に悪い経験。家族での滞在にはお勧めしません。外国人だけにいいかも。

The best kept secret around. Very clean, quiet, beautiful grounds, gym, pool, and dining area - all right there. The staff is over the top nice and the food is good.

The best choice hotel in Salatiga, was searching a decent accommodation in Salatiga for our transit for hiking at mount Andong prior joining a group and found this resort hotel. It is like a villa surrounded by large garden trees..swimming pool and gym. It is located a very quiet place but yet near the city.

The resort is beautiful and great when they are not full. But when they have lots of rooms occupied there is no hot water for showers. After over 12 hours waiting for a shower we were told they could not help it since there were so many people. The same thing happened on several days. They also book large groups who take over the resort and are very very loud with no consideration for others… from before 5am - after 11 pm. I requested to talk with management but it never happened. The staff is very nice but there isn’t much they can do. The resort stays fully booked and they won’t move you to a less noisy area or a place with a shower. We booked our room over 4 months in advance but were told that was the only available place. I highly recommend if the resort isn’t fully booked.
