とても素敵なリゾートです。愛らしい眺め。サービスは良いです。空港からは少し遠い。

つまり、マウイのザ・リッツを称賛するエッセイを丸々書けるくらいなんです！私のパートナーと私は、マウイ島の彼らの施設での 4 泊 5 日の滞在から戻ってきたところですが、二人ともすべてに畏敬の念を抱いていました。ゴージャスな物件から、景色、係員付きのスタッフ、到着した日に私たちを出迎えてくれたジョイ、そして客室まで…まだまだ続きます！まず、係員付きの係員の一人であるイ・ホルヘについて言及しましょう。彼も笑顔で私たちを歓迎し、私のパートナーの障害者用のプレートに注意を払い、非常に親切で親切で礼儀正しかったです。再びジョイに戻ります。私たちがザ・リッツに着くと、美しい女性が指を鳴らし、満面の笑みを浮かべて私たちを見て、文字通り両手を広げて歓迎してくれました。すぐに私たちはこの場所を気に入るだろうと確信しました。ジョイが私たちをレセプションに案内してチェックインを行った後、とても早くて簡単でした。私たちはビーチと景色を眺めました。すごい、まさに壮観でした。リゾートのさまざまなプール、芝生エリア、ビーチを見渡すラウンジエリアは、息をのむほどでした。私たちのキングルームも素晴らしく、快適なベッド、コーヒーメーカー、専用の小型冷蔵庫、2つのクローゼット、隣のゴルフコースを見渡せる海の景色を望むバルコニー、ダブルシンク付きの美しいバスルーム、スタンディングシャワー、素敵なサイズの浴槽と専用の水洗トイレ。プールエリアも同様に豪華で、たくさんのカバナ、ラウンジチェア、タオルサービス、飲み物や食べ物の注文に対応するスタッフがいます。つまり、先ほども言いましたが、いくらでも言い続けることができますが、私の言いたいことは理解していただけたでしょうか。

Staff was fantastic and the fact the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours was fantastic

Great time ! Jaz & Miko at the pool are amazing at their job friendly &, happy & helpful! Joy who greeted us every night we came into the hotel has so much energy & is there to help you find what your looking for!!

The hotel appears grand and well maintained but the furniture and appliances in the rooms is outdated. Our expectations were high but it felt like any mediocre hotel chain. The on property luau was also sub-par but the price was inflated because the Ritz hosts it. It is held inside a event room rather than being outside - which is so disappointing for a "cultural/authentic experience" about the Polynesian Islands?

The Ritz is located in an area that gets hit with high winds and a lot more rain than we expected. It’s also pretty remote and residential. The pool was nice. The beach was a decent walk down the hill and nicer beaches were further away.

Paradise. This is the most stunning location. We loved our holiday, and have now been with and without teens, it suited both. Safe, friendly, welcoming, relaxing and beautiful.

It seem under staff when it can to the bellhops and getting room services. Several times when calling the Valet for my vehicle it went un answer, same for other things like room services, bartenders at the pool and housekeeping. One of the elevators on my wing was down so it was a hassle for everyone to use the one available and overall it just gave it a bad look. Really didn’t like that there’s no other option for parking other than valet t $50/night. Communication with concierge was not good giving the wrong info, I asked about the beach chairs and umbrellas if you can reserved it I do in how much and she said they were free and didn’t need reservations but at the beach the staff informed me I had to reserve them and that they weren’t free. For the price overall I would definitely not recommend.

The staff were amazing as was our concierge, Sarah Williams. Margie at the front desk was also above and beyond. The only issues I had were the amount of families with very young children who were running around uncontrolled. Some even yelling and screaming. Very uncomfortable in the lobby, in the halls and dining. Additionally, there was a lady with her dog at the pool. Seriously? If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is not the place. But again the accommodations and service were amazing. The food was very good. And the views spectacular.

Great amenities and staff. Pool was awesome and pool staff are very attentive. Only change I have would make is the pillows- too soft but room is nice! Would definitely come back

Location was fabulous. Staff were all very professional and friendly. But certain drinks were unreasonably expensive! Example a glass of Lamarca Prosecco was around $24 a glass. At the nearby Country store the very same bottle was the same price as 1 glass at your hotel! That was infuriating.

I was expecting much more from this brand that it’s known for its luxurious appeal. Food at restaurants were mediocre and service was sub par. Prices on the other hand fell a bit over the top for the quality of the offering. Pools and access to the semi-private beach were good. Don’t think I’d stay there again when coming to Maui. Disappointed.
