立地が良く、ホテルのサービスも行き届いています。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。朝食もおいしく、部屋も素敵です。プレミア プラス ワンに宿泊しましたが、デザインも清潔感もとても良かったです。市内中心部のバーやレストランに行くのに便利で、必要に応じてタクシーも利用できます。

Arrived 55 minutes prior to the 3.00pm check in time and was expected to pay £15 if we wanted to check at that time. Joke, becoming more like budget airlines, trying to screw every last drop out of you. Apart from that, the stay was just as expected, at a premier inn. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was fine, only problem was the bacon, like no other bacon I have had before, horrendous!

Check in was easy, friendly staff, not impressed with the room. One bath and face towel. When you have travelled for over 4 hours you need to freshen up with a shower, had to reuse both towels again in the morning. Hair dryer was on a short cord so pointless, no iron or ironing board, in rooms, I imagine you could request from reception but was on a tight time scale to freshen up and go out. Had to put shower on full blast of hot water for over 10 minutesto get creases out of polo top which I hung up in bathroom. I hate waste but was a needs must situation. Bed decent, nothinig special regarding comfiness, and the bar only had one beer which was Coors on tap. I thought quite hard before deciding to rate it 3/5 as staff are great. and did consider a score of 4. Breakfast average, no muesli or dried fruit availble with cereal selection. I think for the price you would be better off looking to spend an extra 10 or 20 pound and booking somwhere else

I made a reservation via the telephone for a business stay at the Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road) Check in Mon 24 Feb 2025 from 3pm Check out Tue 25 Feb 2025 before 12pm (1 night) After a few hours I had not received confirmation of the booking, so called the number of the reservation and on 3 different calls I was told, sorry you have no booking. I logged into my company credit card and said you have taken the money. The authorisation code was Transaction time 01:27 pm Authorisation code 087157 Despite all of the above I was informed that no booking was made, and there was nothing they could do. I am regularly having to make company bookings, but in light of the above, I will not be choosing this hotel chain again, awful service

Good location, great price and super comfy nights sleep. Check in was speedy with no hiccups and the reception staff were all nice and friendly. The room was spacious and warm with ridiculously cozy pillows. My only gripe was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall a nice hotel that we would be happy to stay in again.

Booked the hotel last minute for a night in Leeds, great location just down from the railway station. Our room was clean, tidy and quiet even though you’re on the main road to the station. We’d not added breakfast but was told we could add the following morning if we wanted which we did, the food was lovely and a good selection for everyone. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night while visiting family. Woken pre dawn by the sound of the heater pelting out white noise with no ability to turn it off Reported at reception when leaving Advised good night guarantee is handled by central office and that you have to formal request a refund via a form 3 days later an email refused a goodnight guarantee as I did not inform reception at the time (545-550am) So even though they accept I did not sleep well, they expected me to dress and go to reception to report this Totally disgusting Basically the guarantee is a CON! Avoid premiere inn in general not just this one They used to be good!

Checked into the premier inn at around 11am with the help for a lovely member of staff called Ell/Eli? Reserved a premier plus room which came with mini fridge (complimentary water) coffee machine, iron, desk, chair, luggage bench. Hotel was really conveniently located just 5 minute walk from the station. I stayed here solo and felt very safe walking back at night. It’s in quite an office-y area but the bars and shops are really close by. I requested my room to be cleaned on the second day and this was done and the fridge and chocolates were replenished. My key card stopped working on day 2 but the helpful staff at the desk quickly sorted this for me. On check out day I treated myself to the buffet breakfast which was very reasonably priced and lots of seating available. Overall this is a great choice for Leeds and I will be returning to this hotel later this year. Well done team!
