A very nice place, but it also holds some serious defects. Although the rooms were very comfortable, we noticed that there were some problems with acoustic insulation, with the toilet’ sewerage system and, in my room, with the lights.

Se nota que en su día fue un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero por falta de mantenimiento, deja mucho que desear. Las tuberías suenan durante toda la noche, por lo menos en la habitación donde nos tocó. Como un constante flujo de agua. Se notan imperfecciones en las instalaciones de la habitación debido a una dejadez de arreglarlas.

酒店房間隔音非常不好，來了兩個西班牙人，整晚跟開會一樣，一直説到天亮。衞生間洗手盆反味，房間倒是很大，歐式傢俱，床也不錯。但是，整體感覺衞生和整潔都差點意思。為啥華人經營的酒店，咋就不能做的好一點。酒店距離萊加內斯足球俱樂部大約3公里。路邊可以免費停車。

Hotel front desk staff are very nice and professional. They are helpful, friendly and always provide their goods service. Very friendly. I have several nights at here and stayed in two different rooms. Hotel rooms are lack of maintenance. Wash basin and shower tank are clogged, electric sockets broke, cupboard under sink is broke. Carpet in corridors are broke in some parts too. Lights in public area are weak, almost like no lights. I think overall hotel lack of good management in facilities. Not really agree it is 4 stars hotel. Good things are spacious rooms, beds are comfortable, towels are clean. There are supermarkets and some restaurants are nearby within walking distance, about 7 mins walk.

We were greeted by very nice staff upon entry to the Hotel. We had a room with two single beds which were very comfy and the room itself was very spacious with ample closet space too. The bath area was nice but not ideal - It was not a separate room but a part of the room that was sectioned off using see through walls. Nice design but not want you want for the bathroom area. The wifi connection from my room was not the greatest, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. There was no breakfast included with our stay but instead they had a separate restaurant with different opening times throughout the day. The hotel was located near a Lidl and other shops so our breakfast arrangements were sorted. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and it is roughly a 20min walk from the station which was not so bad for me. I’d give this rating a 3.5/5 if possible

Me alojé entre semana en una habitación doble deluxe. Cómoda y acogedora aunque le faltan algunos detalles. El personal del hotel muy profesional y servicial. El hotel está a 25 min caminando del centro comercial Parque Sur y a 35 min caminando del centro de Leganés. El barrio del Bercial no dispone de muchas cafeterías y bares pero junto al hotel habia un restaurante muy bueno (El Sustento). Ideal para viajes de trabajo. No lo recomiendo para familias ni parejas.

La verdad que nos ha gustado mucho lo que es el hotel, limpieza y personal muy amable, sin duda volveremos a repetir si vamos de nuevo por Madrid o cercanías, gracias.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, très propre et accessible. Dommage pour la vue sur un escalier de secours depuis notre seule fenêtre...
