Great place!

We really liked our stay here, this was our first time very impressed with continental breakfast, bed was nice and comfy. Had concerns over having to change date of reservation but everyone was very accommodating and solved my concern which was very nice of them. I would recommend this place and will defiantly be a return customer.

Prime Minister suite was wonderful, lots of area to enjoy ones stay. Whirlpool jets were not working in the pool area, wasn’t to pleased about being “bullied/harassed” by a large group of teenagers from a sports team, mocking my girlfriend and I as we swam together alone. Front desk assured us the team had a reserved time for them so guests could enjoy the facilities in the mean time.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was hot and a very good variety a little something for everyone

It’s a great spot for a quick stay that’s got easy access and is overall well managed and maintained.

Lots to like about this hotel, but… I have some concerns about the pool area. The pool, slide and hot tub themselves are fine; however, the floor of the pool area is unusually slippery, even for a pool’s floor which are typically somewhat slippery when wet. The material used doesn’t have any qualities that mitigates getting slippery when wet. My spouse was just casually waking and nearly lost her footing between the pool and hot tub and my daughter fell taking a drink at the water fountain and struck her elbow. Neither was being reckless. I’ve felt safer walking on ice than walking around this pool. It ruined the whole experience. I think this is a known condition to the hotel as there has been a non-skid tape placed on the floor, but is now clearly losing its adhesion and, at this point, wasn’t in the areas that needed it most anyway. I think I saw 3 or 4 ‘slippery when wet’ signs around the pool too, which is not a legitimate way to deal with an ongoing deficiency. When I select hotels, when travelling with my family, the pool is a major factor in deciding where to stay. I can honestly say I wouldn’t return just based on this one thing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone planning to use the pool stay here either. No ill will in this review, it’s just a safety thing.
