整個酒店員工服務水平參差不齊。另外晚上太冷了 衹有薄薄的一個床單可以蓋，枕頭芯全部都破碎成一塊塊的，與酒店價格完全不符，提前退房了。

In August, the resort becomes a bustling children's haven, filled with families and young kids, resulting in a noisy a**osphere at the pool and buffet. The buffet is disappointing, with tasteless and pricey food compared to the highly recommended restaurants in Lignano, which offer great value for money. The beach shuttle is well-organized, and the beach is clean and pleasant, with special thanks to the kind and helpful shuttle driver. My advice is to avoid eating at the resort and, for a peaceful stay, steer clear of August. The slow internet connection, which seemed more of a regional issue, posed a problem for our teenage children. Renting bikes at the hotel is highly recommended, as Lignano is a paradise for cycling. Despite some drawbacks, the exceptionally amiable and accommodating staff made our experience genuinely positive.

the house rented here was robbed and the resort management told us that they have no responsability for it. in the same day 3 houses were robbed. the worst experience that i had in my life. the services were a nigh**are.

Wonderful Hotel, wonderful staff. Always welcoming, always charming. Location is convenient to the golf course.

We are on our way Home from our second vaccation at green village hotel We had a really amacing vaccation. The food was great, our apar**ent was always cleaned nicely by the cleaning team and the reception team always happy to help us. The only thing that could be better is that it would be nice if the restaurant had a separate adult area and a area for families whit small children. . There are many families whit small children there and if you are a family whit only adults it would be Nice if you could choose to sit in a Nice quiet area whitout children screaming or you have to listen to iPads Playing children programs.

Apar**ents sind schön gross, mit grossen Betten, 2 WC und Heizung. Die Staunen und Pool mit Warmwasser retten jeden Urlaub auch wenn es mal regnet. Gut geeignet für Kinder mit Kinderbecken, Zoo in der Nähe, flacher Strand und Spielplatz auf den Gelände.

Luogo tranquillo e verde, camere ampie e pulite, buffet per i pasti ricco e gustoso. Personale estremamente cortese. Unico consiglio: essendo struttura pet friendly, consiglierei di completare il servizio con una navetta per una delle bau beach per evitare ai clienti con cani di prendere l’auto e dover cercare parcheggio. I miei cani si sono trovati benissimo e abbiamo potuto gestirli sfruttando le aree verdi e in particolare il boschetto di fianco al Resort

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider waren wir diesmal nicht so sehr begeistert. Da der Service leider abgenommen hat und die Qualität des Abendessens auch. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist keine 4 Sterne wert, da Spinnweben von der Decke hingen usw. Nochmal werden wir hier nicht mehr hingehen.
