ルレ & シャトー ヴィラ アッバツィア(Villa Abbazia Relais & Chateaux)

Perfect, quaint stay in Follina. Beautifully decorated. Food was incredible and unforgettable. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and will return again!

After 40 years of travel we have found perfection. It is the Hotel Villa Abbazia located in the historic town of Follina. Our stay began with a warm welcome from one of the owners of the Hotel, Giovanni of the family Zanon de Marchi. He led us to our stunningly beautiful suite. It was filled with antiques and beautiful fabrics. Three French doors opened onto balconies that overlooked a stream, gardens, and imposing mountains. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The staff of this relais & chateaux hotel were charming and gracious, without exception. A lavish continental breakfast was included in the rate-cheese, ham caffe latte, fruit, cereal. It goes on and on. Dinner at the hotel at the La Corte was extraordinary. We had the VEG (vegetarian) menu coupled with the wonderful wines of the prosecco region where Follina is located. We really wanted to enjoy the beautiful countryside in the area, and Giovanni showed us several long walks through the chestnut laden hills, far from busy roads and full of gorgeous vistas and hillside trattorias. Giovanni also graciously drove us to the nearby Palladian Villa Maser with a stop at the best prosecco vinyard in the region. At the end of our stay Giovanni's co-owner sister and the entire staff gave us a warm arriverderci. We will never forget the Hotel Villa Abbazia.

We found this hotel to be the “total package”! Located centrally in Prosecco Land and one hr north of Venice, the quiet, historical town of Follina hosts this villa. Service is welcoming, professional and helpful. Ask any question! Breakfast and dinner are exceptional! We ate from both the Bistrot and restaurant menu (Mich 1 star). We will return! PS Could be a perfect layover for flights in or out of Venice.

No hot water in our bathroom! After a long drive we arrived around 17h30 and wanted to have a shower, but the water was cold. We phoned the reception and they told us to wait 15 min. A half an hour later we tried again the water, but it remained cold. We went to bed.

This is a nice traditional Italian hotel. Very few people are staying here during this time of year. The gardens are beautiful and in bloom. Perhaps the best part of the hotel are the two proprietors who have been courteous and kind. The rooms are eclectic ours had a very nice terrace.

A small family owned property. The owners went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They offered a personal touch without being intrusive. Each guest was treated as their most important. The food and wine pairings at La Corte were outstanding.

It was absolutely beautiful & magical. The most gorgeous room! I loved it. The staff were so nice.

El hotel Villa Abbazia es espectacular, la familia Zanon de Marchi son los mejores anfitriones, pasamos unos días en este hotel tan maravillo muy agradables, las habitaciones excelentes, el desayuno muy recomendable, el restaurante La Corte es de una calidad insuperable, los jardines son muy bellos para leer o tomar el aperitivo y la localidad es magnífica ya que de ahí puedes visitar hermosos lugares y hacer muchas actividades! Muy recomendable!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Service und Gastfreundschaft ist exzellent. Das Experience Menü mit Weinbegleitung war ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke an Signore Giovanni und der ganzen Familie.
