Hotel Sogno del Benaco

It is difficult for me to understand sometimes why hotels get good ratings and super good comments and reviews. I read the comments that say, that this hotel is amazing and great and so on. The reason we booked it. I find this hotel rather mediocre. The rooms are alright, "clean", but not if you look closely. It's already a little old and not really made with love. Some if the towels are old and stained, which is quite gross as they are white.the floors in the room are not mobbed with every day room service, that's for sure. The breakfast is good, a lot to choose from and a variety everyone will find something to eat. Best in the morning, the last 2 hours 9 to 10.30 it's just robbed and not much left. The receptionists are nice. The waiters are overworked, they are just quite stressed. I noticed that some of the evening shift workers from the restaurant are the breakfast shift workers for breakfast, so I get the stressed and maybe overworked part. It's a good okayish hotel, as most of your time you spend outside anyways. It's okay, but in my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel and the pricing for a night with over 200 euros is probably just the front row to the lake. The direct beach entry part is quite well phrased as due to the pictures and the wording, you get the impression, that the beach is part of the garden of the hotel, it's not. There is a restaurant in between. You do get direct access if you pass the restaurant and go to the beach. I feel like this should be better explained. But it's super close that for sure. The restaurant of the hotel "steak hous da sogno" just sucks...made a review there would recommend to go there at all For a stay where you literally just sleep it's totally fine, but I am a picky traveller and I would probably try something else next time at limone, if we come back.

The hotel is very close to the lake and the center. Undergroundparking is possible (extra fee but worth it). I loved the lavish breakfast and you can have it outside on the terras. Rooms are very clean and light. You can use the out-and insidepool pool of the garden bellevue hotel next door.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für 5 Tage mit Frühstück für einen Familienurlaub mit meinen Eltern gebucht. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer mit Seeblick bekommen, was wir wirklich freundlich fanden. Durch das Zimmer befand sich leider eine Ameisenstraße, die aber täglich entfernt wurde. Dennoch sollte man dagegen etwas unternehmen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Von allem etwas da und sobald etwas leer ging wurde direkt nachgefüllt. Leider wurden benutzte Teller nicht direkt weggeräumt. Erst beim Verlassen des Tisches wurde alles abgeräumt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das restliche Personal hat kaum gegrüßt und wirkte oft gestresst und desinteressiert. Nach 23 Uhr ist es kaum möglich noch an der Bar ein Getränk zu erhalten. Wir wurden sehr bestimmt darauf hingewiesen das die Bar jetzt schließt. Nachfrage nach einem letzten Getränk- Fehlanzeige. Verbesserungsbedarf ist definitiv da.

Siamo tornati a Limone dopo aver alloggiato ad agosto all 'Hotel all'Azzurro ,un 'altro della loro catena . Ma la scorsa volta ci siamo fermati al Sogno del Benaco per parcheggiare l'auto è abbiamo conosciuto Monika,una delle persone più squisite che esista! Quindi ,stavolta abbiamo alloggiato qua e abbiamo passato dei giorni stupendi. L 'hotel ha delle camere molto belle e dotate di confort..unico neo la t.v non funzionante e questo non nego e stato una nota decisamente negativa ma colmata sempre da Monika con la sua estrema gentilezza. Hall,sala colazioni e bar puliti,ordinati con personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Abbiamo poi usufruito del ristorante dell 'hotel Garda Bellevue; Si è mangiato bene, i camerieri gentili e rapidi nel servizio. Per quanti riguarda la piscina ,carina ma non degna di un 4 stelle..parti comuni a volte trasandate e mal tenute.. Non c e uno spogliatoio da utilizzare per poterti cambiare e asciugare se arrivi da un altro hotel..phon con aria fredda! E il peggio del peggio il Direttore di questo hotel..scorbutico,maleducato e per nulla accogliente! Risposte del tipo..vai a comprare una riduzione per il phon al supermercato, non so che fare,non so che dire! Aiuto! Comunque, in totale ,un bel soggiorno. Romagnoli Sabrina

ottima posizione fantastica terrazza con doppia Jacuzzi staff preparato gentile e disponibile. L assenza del Bidè in Italia in un Hotel 4 stelle lo trovo inaccettabile

Camera moderna e spaziosa con tutto il necessario, inclusi salottino e balcone con tavolino e sedie.Hotel in ottima posizione e con vari servizi a disposizione. Colazione ottima. Alla reception la Signora Monika, veramente gentile e professionale.
