Super 8 by Wyndham Pontiac

My car had a flat and there were no tow truck's, so this was a last minute decision. Im glad I went here. I had no personal items, just the clothes on my back. The man at the desk let me take his cell charger until morning. They also had a vending machine. So happy because I was hungry and thirsty.

It was average, and was told to bring the luggage inside rather keep in the car trunk.we stayed there only for 3 hours, to reach out destination. But I was charged full 24 hours of rent. The receptionist was kind enough to provide a ground floor room because of heavy luggage.

Old hotel. Front desk hard time understanding English. Clean room. Breakfast lacking selection and interest

Everything was ok …clean , easy check in, only negative point was the tiny choice for the breakfast…

Two things that were issues. 1 - the room door was very difficult to open from the outside. 2 - the tv controller did not work. One would think for $88 everything should work.

Nice, quiet stay here. Nothing out of the ordinary, just an adequate room for a reasonable price. I did really like the bed.

We arrived during the heat wave at the end of July, 100 degree heat outside with heat indexes even higher. We were beyond disappointed to find that the AC had not been turned on in our room, nor were the hallways being cooled. The AC on the stairway had a code that said “FO”. DISAPPOINTED is truly an understatement.

Every time I visit this location, they can’t find my reservation. This time was no different. I stay here frequently and it happens each time. Then the staff has absolutely no clue how to print a receipt or find the reservation and it ends up taking 45 minutes to just check in.

Needs to improve in cleanliness, and also renew the place is pretty old and dirty , have basic stuff like an iron
