The staff was great and the food was wonderful! Our room had access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. We sat outside and watched the sun go down and it was spectacular!

Highly recommend this place. We stayed here as a family in a quadruple room with balcony for one night on the way up through Italy. It had everything we needed and a whole lot more. It is off the beaten track but only 20 mins max from Lucca and not far from the sea. The rooms are basically furnished (as with lots of places in Italy it would seem) but super clean and air conditioning works fabulously. Large bathroom and great shower. We had intended to explore around but were so impressed with the set up that we decided to use the pool and loungers there and chill out. There was a bar area near the pool too which was unexpected and you can put the drinks on your room. The kids loved the huge flat garden and the little walk to a fabulous chill out area next to the lake. There is a play area for younger kids and a table tennis table and a rope to climb a beautiful tree. The area for dinner is just magical. Outside in the garden under the parasols and beautiful trees with fairy lights everywhere. Again this was totally unexpected. Breakfast was the best we had had on our 8 day journey through Italy. So much choice. Staff were lovely Just an amazing Italian experience

Nice hotel to stay with family. Hotel was clean and service was very friendly. Restaurants garden area is beautiful in the evening. Menu was very tasteful. Breakfast was also good and versatile. Pool area was great for kids and adults. Parking area is big enough and close to entrance.

The room was fine with aircon and nice bathroom. The room had a balcony over looking the park and in the distance a lake. The breakfast was like most breakfasts in Italy, boring !!! Boring bread, a large amount of cakes, no Yogurt Naturel - and then 10 minutes later anyway. I tried to order egg and bacon but was told that you could only get soft boiled, it was fine the first day but the last day it was undercooked for at least 1 minute. Saw at the same time 2 omelettes being served at the next table :-( The hotel is a distinct hotel for families with children, with consequent a lot of noise at the pool. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with well-cooked and tasty dishes

Posto incantevole sul lago di Massaciuccoli, abbiamo pranzato in famiglia al ristorante per pasquetta, cibo veramente ottimo e abbondante. Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione del pescatore, dall’antipasto al dolce tutto veramente ottimo, lo consiglio.

Posto incantevole....tutto al top.... accoglienza, pulizia e buon cibo. Ti senti a casa. Vicino al mare e a luoghi interessanti da visitare,ma nello stesso tempo inserito in un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Da anni veniamo qui per trovare un' atmosfera incantata Grazie di cuore ad Antonietta e alla sua splendida famiglia Pinuccia e Massimo

Al superlativo la struttura, persone e la zona di montagna e lago, qui hai tutto...Il ristorante,prezzi ottimi, sapori e piatti squisiti Poi la terrazza vista lago, un privilegio ... Ringraziamo e speriamo al più presto...

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. Les chambres ont un charme désuet mais sont confortables( Attention il n’y avait pas de protection sur le lit superposé du haut , dangereux pour les petits). Les jardins sont magnifiques, la Piscine grande et propre. Le petit-déjeuner présentant un très grand choix, avec des bonnes pâtisseries. Nous avons profité également du restaurant de très bonne qualité. De plus l’accueil est charmant. Une très bonne adresse !

Les chambres sont ridiculement petites. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation, nous étions au premier étage côté cuisine et avons partagé l’intégralité du service et de la plonge. La deuxième nuit, il y avait une soirée privée non annoncée à la clientèle, avec la musique à fond jusqu’à minuit. Le petit-déjeuner n’a vraiment d’exceptionnel. Seul point positif : la piscine.

L'hôtel est situé dans la campagne à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Pise. L'accueil est sympathique et rapide. Tout l'établissement est figé dans les années 1990, mais on y est très bien. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont servis dans le jardin. Il y a un parking et une grande piscine. Le personnel est très agréable.

In posizione perfetta per visitare l'oasi naturalistica di massaciuccoli raggiungibile a piedi, questo hotel ha un bel parco dove rilassarsi e camere spaziose. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo trovato una buona scelta di piatti e possibilità di menù degustazione. Noi abbiamo scelto un'ottimo menù mare.

Quale unico punto aperto in una mattina nebbiosa il personale avrebbe potuto accettare delle consumazioni per meri turisti non soggiornanti!!!sarebbe stato gentile essere più ospitali e disponibili anche nel proprio interesse

Das Haus liegt in einer bäuerlichen Landschaft an einem malerischen See. Garten und großer Außenpool sind geplegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Hotel ist genial, wenn man sich zwischen den Besichtigungen, z.B. der nahen Lucca und Pisa, entspannen und ausruhen möchte. Das Zimmer war OK, leider zu wenige Ablageflächen, aber mit sehr guter, leiser Klimaanlage. Wir konnten sowohl das -sehr gute- Abendessen als auch das ordentliche Frühstück im Garten einnehmen; die Innenräume erschienen uns nicht ganz so attraktiv, die Rezeption ist in der Tat winzig und wirkt etwas unprofessionell. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel für bis zu einer Woche jederzeit wieder buchen.
