After a last minute cancelled holiday to Greece this year, I was not confident i would get the same quality, location, board basis & rating of hotel booking so late. How wrong was I?! If you want a peaceful, beautiful hotel, on a golf course, surrounded by green trees & hills, spotless luxury rooms and friendly respectful staff this the place for you. From the moment we arrived (unexpectedly by private transfer) to the hotel at around 11:30pm we were treated like royalty, our bags were taken to our room (well its like a duplex really) while we were served a three course meal of cold light bites - all delicious, we could have any drinks we liked too. Once finished we were taken to our room (125) by golf buggy although only a short walk anyway. The room was for 3 so the lounge doubles up as a second bedroom with a bed for my teenage son, but also had sofa/chair, big widescreen tv, minibar (although all inclusive this is chargeable which I think the hotel should review - as all inclusive should be just that), but we just took water etc to our room from the bar, there are tea/coffee pods etc, then there are a few steps to the bathroom area which is open, a huge bath and sink area, then separate cubicles for the loo and shower, there are 2 adult fluffy robes & slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, etc, everywhere is spotless and cleaned daily if you want including a towel change. There is also a huge walk in wardrobe with loads of hanging and shelf space here with a safe, the light comes on/off as you open the doors. Then there are few more steps up to the main bedroom, big 4 poster, 2 separate large thin duvets, dressing table, & another tv. Tvs get uk bbc channels although didn't watch a great deal. Air conditioning worked really well in all areas. Only complaint was in this room there was a mechanical noise all night, i thought it was the air con fan so turned it off but still heard it so could of been next doors? As joined both sides, no one else was bothered by it so i just put earplugs in. Outside at the front there are steps up to an area with sunloungers then in the porch area there is a sofa/chair & table which gets sun & shade throughout the day. All very peaceful. Coloured Pool towels are in the room when you arrive & again can be swapped at the reception or pool area daily. Restaurant- if you are all inclusive you can eat at restaurant juia for breakfast- its buffet continental then you order tea/coffee and eggs, omelettes, pancakes etc etc - its all delicious. We always sat outside as lovely terrace but the wasps were a pest but nothing the hotel can do except what they were already doing with wasp traps etc, didn't affect us really though. Lunch is at the pool bar till 5pm and the food here is amazing- tapas type small plates - calamari, chicken wings etc, pizzas (they are quite big!), burgers, toasted sandwiches, salads, fish & meat dishes , desserts and ice cream- everything- food & drink at pool bar is part of all inclusive so no extras w

Part 1/3 - Initial thoughts: In 3 parts due to short stay and a lot to say (I believe). Absolutely breathtaking. From the drive in with decorative trees and green scenery. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming beginning in what we’ve received from Antony. We arrived early but without quarrel, had bags taken and shown the complex. Shown our immaculate room before expected with no negatives. More than impressed, excited to see what else this place has to offer. Ps. Lunch food was fresh and very tasty.

We absolutely recommend Pula Suites! Beautiful facilities and resort!! We loved the restaurants, the direct access to the golf course and the very friendly staff!! Perfect place for a stay at Mallorca!

This is the 2nd time we've had the absolute pleasure of staying here & again it really didn't disappoint. Wonderful surroundings, excellent food & amazing, helpful, friendly staff who totally made it a very enjoyable & memorable stay. We were all inclusive this time and really recommend the fabulous Bistro Restaurant which was a total treat for us. All the staff, from the lovely receptionist when we arrived to everyone at breakfast & dinner were amazing. Can't thank everyone enough & really hope to see you again.

Lovely resort. Staff were very friendly and good at their job. Food was excellent (especially breakfast). Dining experience improved by lovely outdoor surroundings. Rooms were simple, but clean and tidy, fulfilled all requirements especially the bed - very comfortable. Technology could maybe improved - i.e. wifi wasn't great (but 5G available) , would be good to be able to cast to the TV in the room.

Small, quiet and friendly hotel. Staff could not do enough for you. Excellent for a relaxing hotel. Would certainly go again. Our room had everything we needed and the food was always of good quality. It’s in the hills and set next to a golf course.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting and beside the golf course. Service during check-in was good, best is the welcome drink 😁. Nice atmosphere, the pool is beautiful and we liked the stay. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the food at the pool bar during the day. However we don’t recommend the restaurant for the dinner. When we were there the service was terrible and the food was only mediocre but had a high price. Would surely recommend to drive out and find a little restaurant close by.

We had a lovely stay at Pula Suites. Great room and pool area, quiet, friendly. Lovely big rooms and always lots of space by the pool. The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast we felt (especially the pancakes / eggs / bacon which came out undercooked and cold). The other breakfast options were good though so we just stuck to the continental stuff largely.

This was our second visit to this hotel as a couple Our first visit was in September 2019 and we were concerned that the hotel would not be as good as we remembered. How nice it was to find how little had changed. The food and accommodation were excellent but the greatest asset to this hotel has to be all the staff including the Hotel Management, the waiters/bar staff in both the pool bar and the main restaurant and also the cleaning staff They go over and above to make you feel welcome at this small and friendly boutique hotel and it makes such a difference to the holiday. There were a lot more young children this time and from what we could see they were all having a great holiday in what we would consider a safer environment than at a larger more impersonal hotel. We would return again but being an older couple would probably choose to go in May or September when it’s a little quieter. I would also definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family
