"わぁ、本当にここは今までのホテルの中で最高ランクです…！！ 都会を離れて、のんびりとしたホカンスを楽しむにはとっておきの場所でした！ 部屋は文句なし、プールからの景色も最高、室内プールにジャグジーやサウナ室、シャワー室が個々に広々とあるのでチェックアウトしても楽しめる工夫が素敵です！ 景色はどこから切り取っても最高で、ヒーリングをしっかり感じれます。 ただ全てのアクティビティに参加するには一泊だと足りなく、勿体無いです！ あ、大自然なのでもちろん虫が多いので、苦手な人はちょっと注意…！だけど、そこまで気になりませんでした！ またマヨルカに行く時は是非こちらに2泊以上したいです！"

"This was our third visit to this hotel which says it all really. If you want a relaxing break with great food and brilliant staff all round this hotel is a must. Some of the staff we met previously had either retired or left but it was nice to see some familiar faces (Hans and Manuel) it was also nice to meet new staff at the hotel who were just as friendly as some of the old staff The pool bar waiter (Massimo?) in particular was very friendly and helpful and gave us great service which was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I really hope we can visit the hotel again in near future as it never fails to deliver a relaxing break"

"We recently stayed for a week as a family. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, can’t complain. We did all inclusive one of the days which was good. The grounds and hotel itself it’s nice and clean. The pools games the children loved. We stayed for he entertainment one evening which was enjoyable. Staff all helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was on check out, I asked to use a shower prior to our flight home, which was on the evening. I was told we can use the spa facilities. We headed down and the whole place was absolutely wet through, there were not one single room dry to enable us to get dressed, also no towels (which I would have thought was a given) it was also absolutely red hot down there. Just generally very uncomfortable. I think maybe offering a room would be better, which is what we have been provided in other hotels."

"Had a lovely week at this hotel. Really friendly staff, all very helpful and welcoming. Helped us organise taxis and late checkout. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice modern rooms, lounge area separate room which was great for our daughter who slept in there and it was like she had her own room. Hotel very near beach, but the Beach in Cala millor is a lot nicer than local beach and 15 minute walk or short taxi ride. Near lots of restaurants on promenade and lots of shops. Nice food in hotel and good options in restaurant. Seafood night was great. Some nice Spanish options every day. Snack bar had good options during the day, including pizza, burgers, hot dogs, nachos etc.. Sun-beds were always available, despite the 9am rush with the towels! We didn’t bother and always got some, reception told me if ever none free and people had reserved and not using them then they’d make some available and remove towels etc.. All in a lovely modern hotel, not too large and a nice atmosphere. Great week and would recommend."

"部屋はまあまあで、バルコニーからの眺めは素晴らしかったです。清掃員の清掃はまずまずでしたが、ベッドの下は数ヶ月掃除していなかったようで…埃がかなり積もっていました。スタッフは疲れているようでしたが、ホテルが10月末に閉館するので、それも当然かもしれません。要するに、ホテルは4つ星の水準ではなく、共用エリアは残念ながら3つ星にも及ばない状態です！"

"The pool (seawater filtered) is very large, and the beach is right in front. The underground spa also has a cold water pool (seawater filtered) and a jacuzzi, perfect for refreshing yourself. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes. The hotel held various events from daytime through the evening. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient."
