A pesar de que las instalaciones cumplían con las expectativas de cara a electrodomésticos y confort, fue una falta importante para nuestro pleno al 15 el no disponer de conexión a internet en las televisiones ni la posibilidad de ajustar este servicio con nuestros dispositivos. Sería muy favorable la mejora de este punto para ofrecer mejor conectividad en caso de desearlo el cliente. Otro detalle sin importancia fue no encontrar la máquina Nespresso tal como había leído en un comentarios de otro usuario. Si lo aclaran evitará a futuros clientes lo que me pasó a mi, comprar cápsulas que no pude usar. Un aspecto a reseñar de la estancia que nos pareció mejorable es la disponibilidad de una cama grande y no dos juntas para haber cubierto nuestra petición expresa. Por lo demás todo perfecto y muy contentos con la insonorización y manera de controlar la energía con el sistema de detección de apertura de puertas y/o ventanas.

We asked for an apar**ent on the quiet side and got a noisy room on the street side. Functional and well-equipped apar**ent but unfortunately no human being at reception, and a very laborious check-in on a machine with a very long queue... What a shame!

We had the best experience staying here. Bianca was amazing and has a pleasant personality. She recommended local restaurants for us and also a store when we needed to buy luggage. My mom & I also fell in love with Laguardia and we're lucky that she mentioned it to us. The room is the best room we've stayed while in Spain. It was spacious. The breakfast was great as well. They had variety of meats, breads, & coffee. Alberto was very accommodating and alert with everyone's needs before we even asked. This is an amazing hotel with an amazing and warm staff. The location is walking distance as well to the main street (Avenida Gran Via R Juan Carlos 1). If we get the chance to visit Logroño again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much!

Easy check-in, despite there being no front desk. Very nicely equipped unit; great convenience of free laundry facility on lower level.

Professionally managed, large, luxurious, modern, the suites are superb value. A hall, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom are clean and sleek, colour matched, quiet and discreet. Self check in is easy and efficient. Suites boast a modern look, with steel, glass and granite in whites and greys with fake wooden floors. Kitchenette has modern appliances, would be better if instruction cards were included, as not everyone is familiar with sleek European equipment. Also kitchen towels or handcloth would be very handy. Other than these small issues, this is an excellent accommodation for modern service suites in Logrono.

Well-sized suite-style room, well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. Self-check-in did not work, but fortunately there was security person who helped us get in. The place is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the historical center.
