La verdad es que fue una buena elección, hay que destacar que ya no se llama nh logroño, ahora se llama ”Hotel Logroño parque” así que no confundiros. Es un hotel sencillo, pero bastante bueno. cosas a destacar son las vistas que teníamos, la amabilidad del personal que fueron todos encantadores y la buena localización, ya que tienes varias paradas de bus cerca del hotel, y el centro lo tienes a tan solo 10 minutos andando. buena zona rodeada de bares, cafeterías y supermercados, no te va a faltar de nada. Las dos cosas malas que que podría destacar, es que no tienen los carteles de ”no molestar” o ”no limpiar, estamos durmiendo” así que no puedes ponerlo en la puerta para que no te molesten si quieres estar durmiendo, y al no tenerlos las empleadas de la limpieza, después de llamar varias veces para asegur****, pues pueden entrar y tu estar durmiendo, y la segunda es que no dispone de minibar, así que tener esto en cuenta.

Front Desk staff seemed unfriendly & bothered. When later asked for an extra blanket he questioned why. The rooms are clean but run down, the beds are super uncomfortable & the pillows are the worse. The hallways throughout floor 5 are operated by sensor so it’s dark & scary not to mention the filthy rugs throughout the floor. The breakfast was ok. I would not recommend this hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sercotel Portales in Logroño. The room was comfortable and clean and had all we needed - including the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. We also enjoyed having a nice view of the plaza, with a window that opened so we could get some fresh air (weather permitting). The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice selection of hot items, breads, juices, fruit and sweets. It was also very convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel - although it was challenging to maneuver our not-so-small rental car in and out of the allotted space! Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located, which is a big plus!

Good hotel, good bed and breakfast. They didnt clean our room (we had a do not disturb sign but only until 13:30 when we left the please clean sign and they didnt). No problem with that but they said it was 15:30 and it wasnt. Overall good hotel

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which included a rest day on our 500 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a block or two from all all of the coolest spots. The room was lovely, a very big and comfortable bed, a very luxurious bathroom. And some nice touches like a robe and slippers. The only comment I would make is that it was a bit noisy on the Friday and Saturday night that we stayed there, but that is to be expected I suppose.

Lovely hotel in the old quarter of Logroño. Parking is available in the nearby Espilon parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a Junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge with absolutely everything you could want. It was also very quiet considering we were in the middle of the old part of Logroño which is teeming with cafes and bars. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

町の真ん中にある素敵な4つ星ホテル。私たちは非常にプロフェッショナルで快適な歓迎を受け、グランビアを見下ろす6階の広い部屋を与えられました。非常に清潔でモダンな家具、冷蔵庫と無料のボトル入り飲料水。大理石で覆われたバスルームは広く、ビデとバスがありました。とても快適な夜を過ごしました。少し静かでしたら、ホテルに素晴らしい評価をいただければ嬉しかったでしょう。私たちは高いところにいましたが、道路の騒音、2階の掃除機がぶつかり、廊下からかなりの騒音が聞こえました。また、4つ星ホテルの場合は、ボトル入りのオールインワンローションと金庫ではなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーを別に用意していたと思います。車なしで旅行する場合に理想的な場所です。 (巨大で空いている) 鉄道駅とバス ステーションから徒歩約 10 分です。

Amazing hotel - fabulous staff providing exemplary service. Wonderful accommodation. Manage at reception went above and beyond to help me and to get my washing dine same day!!! Then I left my walking staff behind, and the lovely lady in the restaurant ran after me to the Camino to hand it me!!! This is a hotel which delivers its promise for service excellence. !! Well done.

The AC hotel is situated close to the university and blends in so well with the neighbouring buildings we were surprised when our GPS told us we had arrived. The basement parking is tight and tricky to manoeuvre. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area was very busy during our stay and they opened up a side room to accommodate everyone. The staff do a good job of clearing tables and keeping all the items well stocked. Walking into the centre of Logrono takes about 20-25 minutes. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants there to choose from but not many in the area immediately surrounding the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast.
