Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown

Staff was nice, room was clean, would stay again. Was given a bottle of water at check in

I and my friend had a great time staying at the property. Everything is provided in the room. What I do not like is the exhaust fan in the washroom , so noisy..everytime you turned ON the light, the exhaust fan is also ON and very noisy, especially in the middle if the night, it's annoying.

Clean and cozy room. Very considerable design like bath accessories. Like the price and the distance from the university. Nice staffs. The breakfast room is clean and devices are convenient to use.

The hotel is aged and rooms are very crowded. The breakfast was very small and cold. Parking is extra cost. Overall not worth the price.

Our room was a suit, and it was dirty. The air in our room was so dry, my nose bled. The breakfast was not cooked, just a few muffins, stuff the hotel staff pulled out of a cupboard, that sort of thing. Although , if you search, you may find something in the little cooler heat up in the microwave. Because we booked with *******, the hotel charged us $16 for overnight parking, I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at. BS

A decent hotel in a good location. The breakfast area is clean and well-organized (free breakfast). They have underground parking with one level of parking and this was very convenient. The restaurant across the street was very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was overlooked by housekeeping but the front desk delivered coffee supplies when I called down. It was very difficult to sleep as noise levels were off the charts. Guests on my floor partying until 3 and 4 am was difficult.

Convenient for walking around downtown. Not moder style but very clean and nice. Bed and bedding were comfortable for me

My mother and I stayed at this hotel because she had an early morning appoin**ent at the University Hospital. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently stocked. I booked through ******* but was told that at check out that had I booked with them directly and told that we were there for medical reasons, that I could have gotten a cheaper rate and parking would have been free. We will know this for next time and would definitely stay again.
