モナーキ ハウス サービスド アパートメンツ(Monarch House - Serviced Apartments - Kensington)

ケンジントンハイストリート沿いの素晴らしいロケーション。地下鉄駅の近くにあり、周囲にはバス停がたくさんあります。すぐ横にウェイトローズがあり、とても便利でした。ノッティングヒルやハイドパークから徒歩圏内。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。私たちは大きくて清潔な 2 ベッドルームのユニットを持っていました。調理に必要なキッチン設備が充実。 唯一の欠点はタイミングで、入り口で全面改装工事が行われていたことです。滞在途中で完全に閉めなければならなかったので、地下駐車場から出入りする必要があり、少し面倒でした。また、チェックアウト後、どうやらトイレがなかったので、トイレを使用する必要がありました。スタッフは「トイレがない」と言うだけで、肩をすくめ、代替案は何も提供しませんでした。空港まで車で1時間半かかる前のことだったので、私の拷問を想像してみてください。この場合、公衆トイレがないため、代替手段（たとえば、最寄りの公衆トイレがどこにあるのかなど）を用意しておく必要があります。スタッフは何も助けてくれず、「周りのレストランを試してみてください」と言われただけでした。

2部屋のアパートを借りました。古い建物ですが、家族にとってはとても広いです。キッチンには設備が整っていました。スタッフ全員が熱心にお手伝いしてくれました。 場所はケンジントンです。混雑の少ないエリアを好む場合はこれが適しています。ホールフードスーパーマーケットとM&Sが近くにあります。

Fantastic apartment accomodation. Situated in a private, secure area in High St the apartment had everything, it was modern, clean and had a great kitchen. Stayed with husband and 2 teenagers, enough space for everyone. 2 great cafes nearby for breakfast Meagan’s and Gail’s. Tube and buses on High St in walking distance. Wonderful staff on reception especially Andriana. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The lodging space was perfect for our multi-generational party of 4. Lots of comfortable space, two baths, laundry, and exceptional service from reception staff. It's a 20-30 minute cab ride to main attractions but very close to the train station. Also lots of nearby restaurants and an Amazon grocery store.

We were guests in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Monarch House from 21 March to 3 April and the entire experience from booking the apartment to check-out was truly amazing. Want to thank Kisma, Davide and the wonderful reception and house keeping staff for being such wonderful and accommodating hosts! The apartment was probably the most spacious and well equipped serviced apartment I have stayed in. Loads of storage and hot water pressure … bliss! With supermarkets and specialist grocers situated along High Street Ken, we had everything we needed for a 2 week stay away from home. Thank you very much Monarch House team. We will be returning!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a London trip. Great Location (very handy for museums and Imperial College and extremely comfortable apartment. Apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were great too. Nothing to fault and will book again in future.

Monarch House is a gem tucked behind a busy street in Kensington! Great location with easy access to the tube station, grocery store (next door), parks, the Design Museum, and many cute cafes and restaurants. The courtyard is beautifully designed; it is so wonderful to walk through the area when we return from a day of exploring the city. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The reception desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the remodeling that is happening to this hallway area that is right next to our room throughout our 7-night stay. The sound of electrical drills in the mornings was not too pleasant, and the sight of construction/half-painted walls was not what we expected during a vacation.

We have stayed at the Monarch House three times. It is always a great visit. This trip was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they truly make it a special stay. The apartment is nice, comfortable and in a very central location. There are three tube stations nearby and the Waitrose next door makes stocking up on essentials fast and easy. Monarch House will always be our place of choice in London.

I really enjoyed our flat, very spacious, clean and in a nice area. Everyone was very nice. We are taking a 2 week Europe trip with my family of 5. First stop London and very please to stayed in Monarch House. I certainly would recommend the stay.
