This is place is impecable. Extremely accomodating. The apar**ent is very well appointed and the staff is there to help you. I requested to have a fold out bed set up in the living room because the bed is described as King but it must be a UK king, Even that was very small for us, they immediately set that up for us. The kitchen has everything needed. Every detail was there, its central quiet with all the conveniences. Strongly reccomend it. If I had to give any recommendation I would make sure the size of the bed is described accurately.

This was our first stay at the property. We were initially apprehensive when we read the negative review posted on TripAdvisor. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a well furnished and clean apar**ent in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and polite. There is a Waitrose supermarket nearby where you could find everything that you need. The neighborhood is the best location in London in close proximity to the top shopping attractions as well as some of the best restaurants in town. This is definitely our new go-to accommodation option when visiting London. Thanks to Ouana and the whole team.

I generally likes this property. It was big and well kept. I deducted one star because there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived and even after the apparement was cleaned during our stay, and while it is a very wealthy and safe neighborhood, itherrs not much around.

I rented a 3BR penthouse on Chesham Court. Immediately upon arrival I noticed very heavy fragrance smells in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms – different scents in each room. The shared bath was the absolute worst and unbearable. It smelled like someone poured a bottle of perfume down the drains in an attempt to cover bad sewage smell. That bathroom was unusable and the door had to be kept closed at all times – even then you could still smell it in the hallway. The heavy fragrance was in the mattress, bed linens, upholstery, cupboards, sofas, pillows etc. It was disgusting to smell the previous tenants and indicative of an unclean accommodation. I notified management immediately and they said they would send someone the next day to clean the apar**ent (as it was late already the day I checked in). The next day I alerted them when I was stepping out and they said they would have someone clean. I returned to every single window open (mind you this was in March so the temperatures were cold). Of course the smells were not gone. I noticed my clothing was taking on the smells in the cupboard so removed them and had to put them back in my luggage. I advised the “cleaning” they did was a failure and if this was not remedied the next day I would have no choice but to find alternative accommodations. They begged for one more chance and said they were procuring a special cleaning device that they would use the next day. I agreed, trying to be reasonable and also finding another apar**ent would not be easy at the last minute. The following day I was told I would have to be out of the apar**ent for several hours since the machine they were using was not safe for humans (!!!!). Uh…okay, I stayed out for several hours and came back to all the windows being open again, the old smells still present, and a new toxic smell from the machine. I advised I would have no choice but to vacate and would like a refund for the remaining days left in my booking. The next day, as I was packing (a huge inconvenience), the manager, Victor, asked to come up to the apar**ent to experience the smell for himself. I agreed – he came in, opened the bathroom and immediately shut the door again. Victor acknowledged the bad smells in each of the rooms, he apologized and said they didn’t have enough time to clean the apar**ent thoroughly between tenants, he said the previous guests wore heavy perfume/fragrance, he agreed to the refund. I have been trying to get them to process the refund for months now. The corporate management refuse to process the refund, saying there was no smell and it was a personal choice that I left. They are greedy liars. They are unethical. Do not stay at any of their properties.

Great location! Very nice apar**ents with everything you need kitchen and washer/dryer. Stayed with my husband and daughter in a two bedroom that had a great balcony you could sit on. Great neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around. Very quite at night. Just perfect!

Easy walk to Harrods and Sloane Square, two great restaurants 25 yards away, staff in building super nice.

Excelent place

( ) A really great location. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception. Flat had a nice layout. (-) Walls were marked in numerous places. Clearly had not been cleaned for a while. We can debate what the apar**ent should have. On arrival I spotted there was no soap or kitchen towel - the guy on reception kindly got these for me. Later I spotted other things that were missing - toilet brush/cleaner (how to clean toilet after use?), bread board (I used a plate to cut my bread), coasters, etc. Personally I think it's also reasonable to provide salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc. I stayed in a Sonder that provided all of these - you can get small packets of all of these. Other drawbacks - flat was hot - it had air conditioning but this was pre-programmed to go off after circa 2 hours - pretty annoying at night. You can open a window but the traffic is noisy. Bed was also massively uncomfortable - very hard - and pillows were those cheap spongy ones. They just need to spent a little money on these things.
