Plaza on the River London

The best stay ever . The view from our room was fantastic and breathtaking. The staff was so helpful specially Mr. Julian . Whoever wants to stay in the hotel , trust me u won’t regret . Also best English breakfast . Best location in central London almost 10 mins walking distance to major tourist attractions

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty and dated. Empty packet of croissants left in a drawer, rubbish and mess outside my hotel door, tea and water not replenished. I requested someone to fix my twin beds into a double, this never took place. Never again

TEN WITH HONORS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Attention to the guest at exceptional levels - Luxury, cleanliness, technology - GREEN philosophy and very little plastic does it a lot of credit! - excellent food in infinite variety at breakfast served in a panoramic restaurant directly on the River Thames - silent spa, sanitized and sanitized continuously Together with all this and many other details that made my stay at the Plaza Riverbank remarkable, I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Anis at the reception regarding a resolution aimed at a total satisfaction rating of my stay for work reasons . The staff is impeccable in every way. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location, facing the Thames. The room I was staying was very spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. It was lovely surprise to receive complimentary chocolates. The room has nice digital features. It is very easy to check in and check out online. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and spa.

Excellently located hotel with all the major attractions within walking distance and the view of Thames from the room added to its charm. We were there for four days and was very happy that we chose to stay here- the staff was good and helpful. The room was pretty good with a spacious bathroom.

First time staying here it was so wonderful the room was so spacious and view of the riverbank was amazing. highly recommend if you’re looking for luxury hotel for a couples getaway in the city. Big thanks Azedine for making my experience so great.

This hotel was soooooo lovely! From when you walked in - it felt special and the ambience was amazing. Concierge was so helpful - helping me allocate parking and taking my bags so I didn’t need to carry them back. Azedine at check in made my stay for me as he was able to make all my requests possible, was polite, professional and friendly. Thank you to him especially for making the spacious room with a view the highlight of the stay. Using the executive lounge was a big bonus for getting some work done the next day and again staff were so accommodating. Chino Latino was 10/10 - the food was simply incredible. The live music was also on point. Unforgettable experience - 100% recommend.

The Park Plaza Riverbank is a wonderful hotel. The room was really nice and super cozy. The staff were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring some great tourist spots. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a big bonus. There was plenty of delicious food to enjoy.
