False advertisement from the get go, unprofessional and dirty. Not a welcome entrance upon arrival, wasn’t given a room key until later on. It’s more like a hostel; other guests were walking around bare foot, people were smoking cigarettes on multiple floors and lounging around half naked with their room doors open. Our toilet brush was covered in somebody else’s poo and you only get one pillow to sleep with and only one light in our room worked. There’s multiple signs up in the bathroom about getting clean towels so we left them in the bath to get fresh ones like it told up, only to then not receive any. We then went to reception where the person on reception apparently didn’t actually work there, he then took us through to get a ‘clean towel’ we’re laundry was piled up on an office chair and he then proceeded to pass us a towel off the floor which was apparently clean? The doors barely work, it’s dark…. Outside our room window on some sort of roof attached was entonox canisters and cigarette butts so people clearly come here and get up to all sorts. Would never stay here again and wish I’d given my money to people who are welcoming and appreciative of our custom.

We checked in and both looked at each other, we both looked at each other nothing like the pictures very misleading I certainly would not of paid any more . When we walked in looked like a crack den dark and dinghey , people sat on tables half dressed. The reception when we checked in was like a shop counter felt like I was asking for 20 b&h and a bottle of 20/20. No lift up to the room we were on 3rd floor lots of stairs .leading up to the stairs smelt of wee & poo Discusting ! The woman on reception said homeless people stay there .. great ! Valuables take with you . Credit due room was clean and bathroom looked new jacuzzi bath that was the main feature . Only stay 1 night just to put your head down as we’re going to a concert at O2 . Be aware who stays don’t think it’s the Ritz .

Stayed here for an event at the O2, person who checked us in was lovely, went up to the room (top floor) room was absolutely boiling (I know it was hot outside but I had seen some reviews after booking that said the rooms were boiling)! We got ready and left with the fan left on whilst out to try and cool the room down.. 2 very small windows also left open. Got back from the event and it was absolutely boiling still. Managed to get to sleep but then woke up at 1.30 absolutely sweating, did not sleep well at all. Went downstairs at 9.15 and a lady was there just asked us if we were checking out which we said yes, didn’t ask us about breakfast or how our stay was! Won’t be coming back to stay.

False advertisement. It looks like nothing like the photo they have listed themselves in person, and doesn’t match their description. It’s dirty, dingy and most definitely not family friendly like they state. Key things to note: There are NO lifts, this can be extremely difficult with those with children or lots of luggage. The rooms are UNBEARABLY HOT, they’re literally like walk-in boilers. Even in 30 degree heat, it is cooler and fresher outside than inside. It is disgusting. There are only SHARED bathrooms, and most people have no decency to keep these clean. I have seen the remains of blood from someone’s period left in the toilet bowl and blood on the floor. The food served here is an absolute joke, you get scraps for breakfast, lunch are sandwiches that not even a toddler would enjoy because of how crappy their made, literally tuna mayo fillings all the time. Dinner is somewhat acceptable depending on whether the staff are feeling lazy or not (usually pasta or rice and curry). The carpets, staircases and room are stained and just dirty period. Towels sometimes have a horrible smell to them and also have stains left behind. Staff are a bit weird. I have nothing positive to say about this place. Please avoid.

Not a warm welcome once we arrived, could barely stay and sleep in our room because it was so hot all day and night long, 32 degrees in the hallway and even hotter in our room. Stool and walls are very dirty. Pictures shown while booking are not the reality. When we left they didnt even ask if we had a good time, very unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN!

My stay at the travel lodge was very good, Nnameka was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable!! The beds and nice, I was also provided with an early check in, this made the stay more worth while

This stay was really bad, from start to finish. The guy at the reception was half asleep and not helpful at all. Room had a strong smell. Even though we've paid for bed&breakfast there was no breakfast. When we wanted to check out the receptionist didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay or even to greet us. The whole experience was so unpleasant that we left as quickly as possible. 0/5⭐️

Strange place. On arrival there was a man cleaning a rug out side the hotel in the street with a hose pipe. Although the staff on reception were not rude they were wearing tracksuits etc bit odd. Would just like to point out the dining area is NO where near the same as this picture, I’d go as far to say that isn’t even the same room. The room was ok. Bathroom was good but could be cleaner. The pillows were dirty and the bath towels not great. There is no lift so bear this in mind with luggage we were on the third floor. Excessively hot during the night. We had to use a fan the entire night. Not quite sure why. Bit odd and I may be wrong but I got the impression there were people actually living here in various rooms. No information on breakfast given to us, we didn’t bother. Trust me it was terrible. Tea or coffee in polystyrene cups and some dry cereal. The mattress was awful. Be aware it’s very very different to the pictures and not worth the money. If I was on my own I would not have stayed here and would have booked somewhere else. Would I stay here again? No way.
