For our 1 1/2 hour drive from Guangzhou to Cloud Nine Hot springs ALL forms of travel had been cancelled. Disappoin**ent and then anger was reached as an attempt to refund the trip or to possibly rebook a trip at a later date were both rejected. Ironically the covid case was in the hot springs area NOT Guangzhou but my friend and I were told tough for you and left losing $1000! HORRIBLE service and shameful behavior on both the booking company and the hotel to not rectify a situation that most certainly had nothing to do with us!!
