Do not stay at this motel, manager is so rude and swore at me when I told him I had covid I asked to change my dates and he didn't do it I lost 1300 dollars I will never recommend this place to anyone

Nice stay in the apar**ents. Good separation up and downstairs and plenty of space for the kids. Nice and clean, easy to park, and easy access to the shops. A decent view from the balcony and overall, quite a good choice.

Cannot recommend this place. Have been trying for two years at various times of the year to utilise a credit at Anchorage but Wes the Manager is imposing conditions on the booking that were not there at the time of the original booking so we are unable to use. Management seem fine with breaching the terms of the original booking. Not providing any alternate solutions, unresponsive over the phone and via email. If this is what the customer service is like then I can’t imagine what they are like when they actually have a guest in their accommodation.

I have stayed in the Anchorage Apar**ents before and I found them great so I was hoping that the Hotel would be the same. Unfortunately the room was of poor to average standard. The bed was awful to sleep in. (This was a room for 2 with 2 single beds). The carpet was stained. The bathroom was large with a spa, but the shower was tiny and in the corner. The outside noise was not filtered. You could hear cars coming and going in the carpark which was right at our window. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. If I had a larger group I would go back to the apar**ents but I wouldn't use the hotel again. I would rather spend more and get a better quality room. On the plus side the bedding was clean and so was the bathroom. The location is also good as you are right near the shops.

Terry and the team at the Anchorage are welcoming. The Motel is spotless clean and the rooms are brilliant too. Location is perfect for the foreshore and close to all the local shops, etc. We had a studio, bright and decorated clean, with a microwave and tea making / fridge. On site pool if you want one. Free parking. Support a local business. A fantastic one-night stay. Thank you (Liam & Jon), woof, to Ziggy!

How can you go wrong? These rooms are right in the heart of Lorne, beautiful views, free parking, the rooms are really comfortable and the staff are really helpful. We've stayed there a couple of times over the years and love it.

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses (which is a short drive from the reception office). The townhouse accommodation is cute and had everything we needed. It was clean and plenty of room for our group. The location is great close to all amenities in Lorne. Staff were lovely and friendly. The parking is a tight squeeze (as you will share the parking with neighbouring townhouse).
