Beautiful property, very well maintained. An abundance of dining options available. Loved the pool and the private cabanas. Would more than likely go back in the future.

Property is extremely well run, clean and beautiful. Staff are all excellent and service oriented. I arranged a group and all were very pleased and said the food was the best that they had at any AI resort!

We loved the property, (my second time) we didn’t love the sales pressure 2 mins after checking in. That didn’t happen before Hilton bought it. It also states it is non smoking property. I think every balcony around us has people smoking morning and evening. So much so I couldn’t use my balcony often. I’m allergic to smoke, have asthma and recovering from sinus surgery, so can’t be around it. That’s why i selected this property! Is there ever really a smoke free place?? Such a bummer! Our vIP wine choice didn’t show up in our room until our last night so we had to pay it forward to another guest. Otherwise the resort was great! Beautiful peaceful location.

The best all inclusive resort in Cabo within its price range. The property and landscaping are very well maintained and the views all around the property are amazing. The pool is temperature regulated which is very nice during the non summer months. All of the restaurants had amazing food and all bars served amazing drinks. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Ivan and Delmer with the entertainment staff kept us laughing and having fun during our whole stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Food was great however the staff was not outgoing and was never around to support us during our stay.

We had a great week at Secrets. Food and drink were generally really good. The one exception was the Mexican restaurant "El Patio" was not good at all and very disappointing considering we were in Mexico. The entertainment staff, especially Ivan and Rebecca, helped make our stay really fun.

Pros: -Beautiful, Amazing location -Grounds beautiful and well maintained -Service was very good -Food was some of the best I have had at an all-inclusive resort -Very close to the plaza, about a ~$15 Uber ride and is worth going down to walk around/shop/bars/food/Art Walk -Room was very nice. We had a swim up room which was overall really cool -We got massages one day, spa was very clean and high end feeling. Definitely do the Hydrotherapy circuit before -At check in, they pressured us to sign up for the Vacation Club (read: Timeshare) presentation and you will get free massages which we did then later cancelled as we would rather pay for massages then suffer through a 1.5 hour presentation when we only had 4 days there. They did call us a couple more times to try to schedule but I just said no thank you and that was that so pressure didn't seem too excessive. -Recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club if you can due to the Preferred Lounge and Pool which are worth the price. Cons: -You cannot make reservations at the restaurants (except the hibachi grill) so expect to wait. We waited 45 minutes one night, another night we gave up after waiting about an hour but then another night there was no wait at all. Depends if you want inside or outside seating I presume, but overall it was a little dicey for dinner as far as wait times -Swim up room pool connects all rooms (which I figured) but not as totally private as I expected from your neighbor

The staff is what makes this property what it is. We booked a preferred room and were taken to the preferred lounge for check-in and everything was very smooth and seamless. All of the restaurants were unique with great food. Everyone was great and attentive at the restaurants, from the hostess to the wait staff. The pools were all well maintained and safe. The preferred pool was peaceful and relaxing with the main pool more upbeat with music/activities and the swim up bar. There were staff running food or drinks to you at all times. Then there was access to the beach area where you can watch the waves roll in. All over a great experience and we would return in the future.
