Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

We travelled to Lourdes on pilgrimage with HCPT (Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust). Hotel Croix des Bretons was our “home” for the week. We spent 7 nights here over the Easter weekend - the 1st week of the season, and the staff could not have been more prepared. From the warm & friendly welcome, accommodating all of our unusual requests like they were absolutely run of the mill, to the buffet style food which was refreshing and good. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere that Francois, Sabine & the team don’t manage. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, with extra blankets in the wardrobes if needed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, ours had a bath with a wall shower. The staff in the restaurant were kind, caring and diligent. I know that if I were to come to Lourdes, by myself outside of the organised pilgrimage, Hotel Croix des Bretons would be the first place I would look to book. Grazie Francois! The hotel is small but in a good location to visit grotto area. We had a good size comfortable room which was very quiet even though facing onto the road and the river. The room has a shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. There was a shaded patio on our floor for use by residents. The hotel serves an excellent buffet breakfast which is regularly replenished and there is plenty of room in the dining room. The staff are all young and enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wifi is good and we had no difficulty in connecting. A very good stay and we will be returning on our next visit. The Hotel only serves breakfast but there is plenty of choice for other meals locally. Made in Italy serves very good Pizzas and is always very busy. The town was busy with pilgrimages even though it was October but it is still kept clean. The streets are narrow so you need to be aware of the traffic especially the large tour buses. There are local buses and a petit train which run around the town.

サンクチュアリ/グロットの中心部から1キロ未満の場所にあります。ホテルからすぐそばにあるエレベーターで、メインストリートまでまっすぐ下ります。4人で2部屋 -- 家族用4ベッドとシングルルーム ダブルベッド1台でした孫娘は翌日気分が悪く、パリへの列車は午後遅くまで出発しなかったので、部屋を1つ延長して追加の時間を支払うように頼んだ。リクエストはよく受け取られ、フロントの人達にとても効率的に対応してくれました--オーナーさんと息子さんだと思います。客室も清潔で、バスルームもしっかりしたお湯が良くてとても汚れませんでした。彼らは、シリアル、果物、パン、冷たいカット、卵、コーヒー、ジュースなど、充実したおいしいビュッフェ式朝食を提供しました。お金に非常に良い値。聖域/洞窟は徒歩10分です。夕方の行列に出席している場合は、リフトは11:30に閉まるので、ホテルへの上り坂の散歩を保存するためにキャッチしてください。

7月にここに滞在しました..滞在する素晴らしい場所.. lourdes grotto & basilicasを訪れました。この町は私を驚かせることに失敗しません..とても美しい..来年も行きます。1976年に最初に訪問したルードは病気を助け、場所に恋をしました...洞窟は素晴らしいです&バシリカはとても美しいです、トーチライトの行進は素晴らしいです...ルードはフレンドリーな町です...訪問する美しい場所、食べ物が素晴らしい。戻るのを待つことができません

アルバに滞在して3泊4日で戻ってきたばかりです。ルルドを訪れるのは初めてではありませんでしたが、このホテルに滞在するのは初めてでした。これは、ルルドに戻るたびにここから滞在する唯一の場所になります。トイレとシャワールームはきれいで、毎日掃除されています(毎日掃除したくない場合は、邪魔しないサインを付けない限り)。タオルはパリッとしていて、白くて清潔で、真新しい....タオルとバスアメニティもたくさん提供されました。素敵な追加のタッチ!部屋はきれいで、モダンで、よく手入れされ、維持されています。部屋のエアコンが良い。欠けているのは小さな冷蔵庫とおそらくお茶/コーヒー施設だけですが、私たちは管理せずにワインを飲むだけでした(🤭)ベッドはとても快適で、毎晩とても良い睡眠をとりました!クリスピーな白と清潔な寝具は、すべてがどれほどきれいだったかを示しています。スタッフはいつも陽気で、必要なものはすべて親切で、ホテルはガブ川のほとりにあり、石窟/ドメインまで徒歩圏内でした!ルルドで素晴らしい数日間過ごしました。それはとても特別で聖なる場所....であり、このホテルに滞在することは本当にそれを特別なものにするのを助けました!来年またお会いしましょう。アルバxのすべての人に感謝します

ホテルのレセプションのスタッフはとても親切で、多言語も話せました。部屋は素敵で、広としていて、モダンで清潔で、特に部屋の窓からの山の景色を楽しみました。しかし、テレビは少し小さく、無料の紅茶とコーヒーの袋は提供されていませんでした。コンチネンタルスタイルの朝食が提供されていますが、選択が少なく、新鮮な果物が少残念でした。町の中心部まで合理的な距離がありますが、場所は良好で、主要な聖域と洞窟にかなり近いので、少し歩いて賢明な靴を履く準備をしてください。ホテルの近くには、パラディスバス停の空港シャトルバスもあり、空港まで直行します。この機会に良い経験をしました。特に自炊式のレジデンスタイプの宿泊施設を探している場合は、滞在することをお勧めします。ゼニチュードありがとう
