MCM エレガンテ ホテル & スイーツ(Mcm Elegante Hotel & Suites Lubbock)

This hotel was a STEAL! Our room (250) had a living area with a couch and chair and a separate sleeping area with a door. The bathing arrangement was a toilet and bathtub and a separate sink. We had a Keurig coffee maker in our room with Starbucks coffee.The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The "Anime" convention was there all weekend, and there was a lot of activity (younger folks), but we didn't hear a thing in our room. The restaurant has a delicious, free breakfast. They had a custom- prepared omelette station, waffles, granola, fruit, biscuits, oatmeal, etc. The menu for lunch and dinner looked great as well. The hotel staff was GREAT. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was good and quick and the customer service was good. The room was comfortable, but the phone did not work in the room, so when I need something from room service I had to go down stairs to the front desk, and not having a phone took away the room service option. The ice machine on the third floor was not working so I had to go to the second floor for ice. So the major complaint would be the inconvenience of simple things you expect to have on a getaway.

The bathroom, toliet was designed for a toddler, shower drain was old and crusty and the shower head would not adjust, the bed had a serious dip in the middle and uncomfortable

We were returning from a Grand Canyon Trip. It was great to have a comfortable hotel for the homeward trip.

It was great! We had to go for a basketball tournament and i enjoyed being able to go back amd have a relaxinf place to stay!

Building is old and creepy. Everything is outdated and definitely needs some love and care. Remodel!!!!

Hotel is run down, bugs in light over vanity. Carpet in room extremely worn and torn. Air conditioning would not cool room. Only good thing was service and breakfast.

Great breakfast! I love that it’s different from other hotels. Staff is truly caring and friendly.

Let me start by saying that check in was a breeze. I was sent a text message and did it all before arriving. I just went straight to the desk confirmed my information and was given my keys. The staff was professional and informative. Outside the property it looked a little shady and unsafe but nothing to crazy. The room was dated and was in need of some remodeling, the bed and sofa bed were comfy and clean. Ok now the bathroom, it was unfortunately dirty. I really didnt feel confortable using it. Overall it wasnt too bad as long as I stayed out of the bathroom.
