1. The food was cold, then reheated in microwave and overcooked! Very disappointing. 2. There is no swimming pool despite advertising it on the booking sites. The pool has long been removed and yet it is still advertised on all sites. This is a blatant lie. We would not have booked if we had known. 3. There was no air conditioning despite advertising it on booking websites. 4. We wrote to the general manager after leaving 1 day early giving them the opportunity to respond but no response received. 5. Once we put up a poor review they offered to refund the money but it never came. These people have no integrity - avoid!

From within and without its environs, you can't think of another world! I can't be selfish with that experience but to spread the goodness of the place not forgetting the hospitality enriched with the staff who most of them I can mention names for making me feel home, away from home. The facility and facilities, spectacular! Asanteni sana.

We had so so much fun with our Game driver Mr Shimba Korbin Very respectful and helpful,did all he could so we could see the Animals and also spot them The food was very delicious, Friendly and forthcoming service at the reception and at the restaurant and the bar We had a very pleasant stay generally Only disappointing thing was that on towards our last day (1 and 1/2) day was quit loud especially in the morning having to wake up pretty early from the banging sounds because of construction work going on at the lodge

The place generally was 10/10. Would highly recommended a long stay so as to enjoy much! Game drives were awesome with very professional tour guides. Room at salt lick was cozy in the wilderness. Staff were very friendly, engaging and professional.

The hotel is superb . Congratulations to the staff for their lovely and hard work ❤️ , moreso Nicholas , Erick, kashere and Christine , the hostess who were there for me and assisted me in making sure everything was okay with me with my condition. The chefs were also good and sweet as the food they prepared for us. Good job my friends and I will dearly miss your service ❤️

The place is superb. The place is very peaceful and healing. All the staff are really nice and caring. Special thanks to Patterson, Harrison, Geoffrey, Christine, Naomi, Fellister, Victor and Stacey.The nature walks and game drives was a highlight.Ask about the tree planting project and plant one.I highly recommend.

I rarely get blown away at hotels, as a relatively frequent traveller, I have to accept most kinks. Taita Hills resort were accommodative from the booking process, SGR transfers, check-in and were continously checking on us. Our Family staycation was epic, my daighter said it was her best holiday ever on our first day, that matters for any parent! We got a game drive, visites the spa, swam and had amazing cuisine and always swung by thw WW1 museum inhouse. This has been added to our short list of fav destinations. Shout to Driver Martin, Chef Anisha, Naomi, Haylee, David in service and so much more...Thank you!

Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa was supurb in every way. Great environment, food, accomodation and amazing staff. I had several issues in my room - all my doing - but one of the house keepers, Charles, always came to help with a smile. His kindness, understanding and excellence made my stay very comfortable and memorable. I highly reccomend Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa.

Amazing customer service!!! Love it here. Christine Chao Is the best!! She deserves a pay rise. I loved how she handled all guests and she is super professional! The food, rooms and environment are awesome. There's also a game drive option that you will enjoy. Can't wait to visit again.
